The thesis deals with analysis of current fettle and efficiency of information system used in a concrete personnel agency. In a review of literature there are presented an important information about personnel agencies, human resource management and efficiency of information systems. In the empirical part the received data from information system are analyzed by a method of content analysis. Based on findings of the analysis the proposals of more effective using of information system and human resource management are formulated.

The diploma thesis analyzes the current situation of the information system in the company iPARTNER, s.r.o. from various perspectives and, based on the findings, recommends a suitable solution for improving the current state of the information system. The recommended changes should bring value especially by speeding up and simplifying recording and reporting of services provided by the company, improving communication among team members and raising employee awareness of the importance of IS security.

This master’s thesis deals with the selection and implementation of the new information system for managing orders in the company. Theoretical knowledge, procedures and methods are used as a basis for elaboration of the practical part. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current situation in the company and includes the assessment of the information system. The proposal part contains a two-round selection of a new information system based on established criteria and the implementation of the selected best solution. There is also the economic assessment of the costs and description of the expected benefits of the selected solution for the company.

This diploma thesis evaluates information system of Medeko Cast s.r.o., which deals with production and sale of alloys, casts and semifinished products. Based on the results of these analyzes, it suggests suitable modifications to resolve current state of the system, which should lead to an acceleration of processes, increases effectivity of a work and to overall improvement.
