Methods of dramatic education and their use in education of health education

The thesis focuses on drama education methods and their use in health education classes. The thesis defines the basic definitions of pedagogy, teacher's personality, drama education and health education. The more extensive part deals with drama education, its aims, methods and techniques. Emphasis is placed on elaboration of specific methods and techniques of drama education. The aim of this work was to find out the drama education teachers perspective on the advantages and disadvantages of the application of its methods. The research was conducted in the structured interview form. It can be stated that the research assumptions were confirmed by the research. The most used drama education methods include the playing in role method and improvisation. According to teachers, the benefits of using drama education methods are efficiency and popularity among pupils. The time requirements for implementation and the time required for preparation are the main drawbacks. Part of the thesis is a project focusing on drama education methods and their use in middle school health education class. Implementation of nutrition education as an opportunity to influence children's eating habits in primary school

This thesis is focused on healthy nutrition and the possibility of influencing the eating habits of pupils at primary school. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with nutrition of children, proper diet composition, nutritional habits and their formation and also mistakes in nutrition. The second chapter focuses on the education of children of primary school, the area of healthy nutrition in the Core curriculum and health education in the school and its integration into teaching. It continues describing projects which are already operating and promoting healthy eating habits. The practical part presents data on the eating habits of pupils acquired by questionnaire method. The resulting data is processed into graphs with added comments. The last part includes a draft of an own project which supports proper nutritional habits of children. Elaboration and education benefits of websites "Vegetarianism and healthy life style"

Many people nowadays have well-understood that physical well-being is an important condition for a well-balanced, satisfied and worthwhile life. This bachelor work analyses history, types, and positive influence of vegetarianism on health, as well as reasons for this kind of lifestyle. It also defines the healthy lifestyle and its factors. Its aim is elaboration and educational effectivity of the wegpages "Vegetarianism and Healthy Lifestyle" for the department of Institute of Health Education at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of South Bohemia. The following methods have been used: the method of contentual analysis of literature, the method of quantitatively-oriented research based on anonymous questionnaire inquiry, the method of the closed dichotomic question, the method of the open question, the method of the statistic evaluation, and the method of making websites. Based on the stratified selection, two hundred and forty students of the second year of the bachelor studies at all the faculties of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, have been addressed. The results of the research have shown that 66 % of all the respondents are in favour of the creation of the website "Vegetarianism and Healthy Lifestyle". 52 % out of the total of 66 % were women, which has proved the second hypothesis of the thesis. The findings of the research have also shown that the students have high interest in vegetarianism and healthy lifestyle.

Hepatitis of type B - mode of protection, health hazards

The bachelor thesis covers the topic of Hepatitis type B. The goal of the thesis was to find out the public knowledge about this illness and at the same time also to find out whether the citizens use their own personal hygiene products and protective means. The results of the research say that the citizens outside the health industry older 15 years of age in České Budějovice and Pelhřimov do not have the knowledge on the ways of transfer and protection for the Hepatitis type B, but they know the health risks. During the research investigation, we also have found out that the citizens do not use their own personal hygiene products, and that the citizens of České Budějovice use the protective means more often than the citizens of Pelhřimov. Hepatitis type B is a serious and complicated illness, which daily threatens all the citizens. With respect to the results of the research, it is important that the citizens get more information on Hepatitis type B, especially on the vaccination possibility, about using only one{\crq}s own personal hygiene products and using preservatives and rubber medical gloves in risk situations. The citizens could acquire the information from this bachelor thesis or from the seminars lead by general nurses.
