Appreciation in Municipal Property over Time

The aim of thesis "Appreciation in municipal property over time" is the selection of the most suitable variant of financing the investment project. The project solves the reconstruction of the existing unused House of Services at the Community House of Seniors. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the functioning of public administration and territorial self-government, public and mixed goods. Municipal budget and revenues of territorial budgets. Furthermore, project funding, grant titles and project preparation and implementation are mentioned. The practical part deals with ways of financing an investment project using bank products, where the use of state subsidy is also used. The calculations take into account income from regulated and market rents. Variants are compared to find the most appropriate funding option for this project.

The bachelor thesis: "Subsidies for agriculture in the European Union and in the Czech Republic", is focused, in its parts, on historical development of the Common agricultural policy, on the ways how the concrete subsidies aimed on agrarian sector were formed to reach food self- sufficiency for Europe after world wars. For better understanding there is also defined agricultural branch and market where are the subjects of primary production which have a legal claim on supports in form of subsidies. These subsides are implemented on area of a member state - Czech Republic and are interpreted in period before the connecting the Czech Republic to the European Union, after the connecting to E. U. and specifically in every planning periods. As a supplementary can be marked information about administrative organs which arrange subsidies titles and payout the financial support keeping the rules of cross compliance standards.

Using subsidies by nonprofit organization

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the usage of subsidies by non-profit organizations. An analysis of publicly available databases with respect to the type of a company as well as means of financing is provided. The thesis is focused on analysing and comparing three specific non-profit organizations in Jindrichuv Hradec and on types and means of financing of those organizations. The goal of the analysis is to find out, whether acquired subsidies were used for the purpose, which was the object of companies applications, moreover the thesis investigates if subsidies were obtained with accordance to the law. Efficiency of each company in acquiring subsidies is compared.

USAGE OF GRANTS FOR VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT

The main topic of this bachelor thesis there is a usage of grants in the area of village development. In the first part of this bachelor thesis there is a historical progress of grant, which village Mohelno received by means of the state budget of the Czech Republic for the reconstruction of the multi-functional playgrounds. This thesis deals with project describe and financing process of project. At the end a proposal of proceeding is introduced for. Proposal of proceeding was obtained on the basis of information, which included evaluation of project and investment{\crq}s economic return improvement. The second part of this bachelor thesis there is another possible village development. Proposals of proper development for usage of efficient grants from the Czech Republic and especially from the European Union were based on the results of SWOT analysis. Village Mohelno should prefer grants especially in area of infrastructure and of travel movement for its future development as well.

The effect of agri-environmental schemes on biodiversity

The aim of thesis is summary of current results of scientific publications evaluating effectiveness of agri-environmental measures in the relation to biodiversity. This work deals with this issue in Europe, characterizes the situation in selected European countries and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation schemes and individual measures on selected groups of organisms. It also deals with the factors influencing the effectiveness and methodical approaches of evaluation studies. Results of studies suggest a low to medium efficiency of allover measures for plants and invertebrates and low efficiency for birds. Conversely targeted measures had a high efficiency, but their overall significance was very low due to small proportion of land compared to the horizontal measures.The worst situation was in the Netherlands, in other countries the results were relatively similar.

ABILITY TO OBTAIN GRANT TITLES IN SELECTED RURAL MUNICIPALITIES

Ability to obtain grant titles in selected rural municipalities Abstract An important theme of the Member States of the European Union is rural development. For the Czech Republic, this topic became current after accession to the EU in 2004. In previous years, the Czech Republic had the opportunity to benefit from pre-accession programs (e.g. PHARE, SAPARD) in the period 2004-2006 to use all the tools for the development of European countryside. The uniqueness of the programming period 2007-2013 is the ability to draw funds in the entire length of the programming period, and a wide range of support. The bachelor thesis deals with the cause of the success of profit grant titles of the Rural Development Programme, Operational Programme for Environment and Regional Operation Programme NUTS II Southwest. Its aim is to analyze the influence of the causes for profit grant titles of selected programs and determine whether appearance, geographic location, and civic and technical facilities of the municipalities affects the volume of money obtained from grant titles. Attention is focused on the municipalities district Klatovy in size of 500-999 people. Solařová, K. Accounting and tax aspects of subsidies provided to municipalities. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. The violation of the subsidy titles is an increasingly topical issue because small municipa-lities do not fulfil all the subsidy titles´ conditions and they do not have the opportunity to reach them. Therefore, the municipalities try to circumvent the subsidy conditions. The aim of this thesis is to define the areas of the most frequent violations of the subsidy conditions and to choose the most suitable subsidy titles for the municipality of Bochovice, which would fulfil all the conditions for the acquisition of these conditions. The another aim of this thesis is to update the municipalit´s existing directive dealing with long-term property and suggest the new one based on the acceptance of the transfer. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the analytical. The theoretical part describes the accounting and tax implications of the gaining of the subsidy title and its use for financing municipal property or the project. In the analytical part there is the evaluation of the state of the researched issue using the method of questioning and there are also used gained materials to investment subsidy of the municipality of Bochovice.

Drawing of subsidy titles in Český Krumlov in the programming period 2007-2013 and their impact on the development of the city

The theme of the thesis is the subsidy possibilities in the period 2007-2013, wchich can be used by the municipalities and the use subsidy titles by the town Český Krumlov. The thesis is divided into four parts, namely the literary overview, the methodology, the practical part and the summary of the results. In the first part, the pocics of regional development, regionla policy, financig of municipalities and the possibility of using subsidy titles by municipalities are analyzed. The next part is focused on the determination of the goals of the thesis and the hypotheses based on it. There is set the methodology according to wchich the data will be analyzed and the results presented. In the practical part, the axquired data are presented, both within the individual years as well as over the entire programmatic period. There is evaluate what subsidy titles to wchich sphere and what funds the town Český Krumlov received. The fourth part summarized the results obtained from the research and refuted or confirmed the established hypotheses.
