The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of design documentation of Housing in the outskirts of the city. The documentation for a building permission and the documentation for production design were simplified for the purposes of the bachelor's thesis. The aim of the work is to create a proposal and prove its feasibility in accordance with Czech laws and standards. The proposal shows the possibility of contemporary living, which uses the advantages of community living (common areas such as garage, cellar, utility room; lower energy consumption) and also excels in the possibilities of individual living, which is characterized by a separate entrance and a separate garden or terrace. The design combines both types of housing, which are typically named buildings such as apartment building and family house. However, the proposal goes beyond these titles and seeks its definition in words such as villahouse.
