The thesis monitors the distribution logistics of company CommScope at the local and corporate level. The aim of this work is the optimization of the current state and the proposal to use the combined mode of transport for the largest customer in Europe. The theoretical part is focused on the current method of arranging transport and carrier choise. The practical part is a detailed analysis of the road transport from manufacturer to the customer and proposal for using an alternative mode of combined transporport is formulated.

It forms the basis for selection of individual consignments of customs regulations and practical application of VAT and other research organizations operating in various sectors. Forms section contains changes to the existing system of customs regulations and logistics department recommendation system settings for different types of organizations that will lead to financial savings.

PŘECHOD NEBEZPEČÍ DLE ÚMLUVY OSN O SMLOUVÁCH O MEZINÁRODNÍ KOUPI ZBOŽÍ 5 Abstract This thesis is focused on passing of risk of accidental loss and destruction of goods during international sale. The main objective is to fulfil the hypothesis concerning the the regulation of passing of risk in two main sources of its regulation, the Incoterms clauses and the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods, so called the Vienna Convention, and their mutual relationship in the regulation of this institute. Thesis also contains an analysis of the term danger and its various types. The second part is focused on the revision of Incoterms 2020, comparison of the passing of risk under Incoterms and the Vienna Convention, their similarities and differences and the possibility of their interaction.
Application of delivery conditions in the Air&Sea transport

The master thesis deals with the application of delivery conditions in the maritime and air transport which was done in forward company Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Ltd. The theoretical part describes air and maritime transport focusing on development in Europe. The international interpretative rules INCOTERMS 2010 were discussed. The practical part explains application of delivery conditions by using business cases from company Hellmann. This part includes their comparison. Export and import operations were chosen on route Europe and Far East.

The sales policy and business instruments of Kadia

This bachelor thesis deals with sales policy of a German company producing honing and deburring machines. The main object of this thesis is description of the sales policy and business methods of the company KADIA Produktion GmbH+Co. including suggestions of more effective sales strategy. This bachelor thesis involves specification of its position on the market, customers' characterisation and description of their relations with Kadia. Furthermore, the process of commissions and business operations is described. In a separate chapter, future trends of sales and suggestions how to increase the efficiency of sales policy are summarised.
Terms of delivery and payment and their influence on price in the buying contract

This diploma paper consists of 5 main parts. First part is focused on buying contract in general. Two parts which follow are dealing with two of it's important parts-terms of delivery and terms of payment. Next part is explaing the influece of terms of delivery on price and the influence of terms of payment on costs of a certain transaction. Last part is focused on the usage of both, terms of delivery and payment, demonstrated on a real company.
