Influence of the amendment to the education law on the work of school directors

Final Bachelor thesis deals with the role of the school directors, his functions and work duties. Discusses the bankruptcy proceedings and the position of the founders to bankruptcy proceedings.To determine whether a change in his amendment to the Education Law No. 472/2011 Coll., section 166, influenced the work of school directors, how and in what areas. It deals with the attitudes and opinions of the Board of Directors to amend the law, whether the amendment of the Education Law is from their view the optimal solution. It draws from the research brings the investigation undertaken in a randomly selected group of Directors of kindergartens and basic schools as the initial reaction after application of the changes resulting of the amendment to the Education Law. COMPARISON CRITERIA BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS Final work is focused on the realization of the insolvency proceedings in the Usti region in the posts of headmasters. As part of the research were approached founders of schools and school facilities for municipalities and county. The reference period bankruptcy proceedings 2014. The aim is to determine whether the founders - bankruptcy committee bankrupt, or if you use a pre-determined its other other selection criteria for candidates outside the criteria that are set by the law - Law no. 561/2004 Sb. on preschool, elementary, secondary, vocational and other training, as amended (the Education Act), the implementing decree no. 54/2005 Coll., on the particulars of the bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy committees, Law no. 563/2004 ., on teaching staff, as amended (the Act on Educational Staff). Development teaching staff from the school head prespective and Czech school inspections

The aim of the thesis is to find ways of promoting common development of teachers in the context of criteria for evaluating school quality from the perspective of the Czech School Inspection. Finds ways to support the development of teaching staff from the school principal, and the subsequent confrontation with the newly formulated criteria and indicators issued by the Czech School Inspectorate, which should be defined so. Good school. The theoretical part defines basic terms: the headmaster and teachers, including their competencies and development of teachers. There are also discussed the criteria and indicators of school quality assessment from the perspective of the Czech School Inspection. In the research part of the master is using the survey to determine how the director of the kinder gardens promotes the development of teaching staff and if there is a system that corresponds with the criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of schools by the Czech School inspection focused on the development of teaching staff.
