The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of suppliers using fuzzy logic for a selected company. The created model will be used to make efficient and faster decisions about selecting the most suitable supplier for the given orders. Based on the criteria that are important for the selected company, a fuzzy model is created. The final evaluations of the most suitable suppliers are created in MS Excel and MATLAB.

These models will determine the most suitable supplier for the company expert Elektro GOLA s.r.o. and they will also evaluate the supplier’s risk.

Decision models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. The comparison of the results of both proposed models is the content of the part of the work.

The model is based on essential criteria that play a crucial role in the efficient selection of funds. These criteria are implemented in two decision-making models that have been developed using Microsoft Excel and MATLAB tools. The results obtained from these models provide a solid foundation for further steps in the investment decision-making process.

The set of measured results is used to support the managerial decision-making of XYZ company, utilizing advanced decision-making methods in the creation of the model. The model is developed using two programming environments, namely MS Excel and MATLAB. The decision-making tool fully corresponds to the current needs of the automation team, and the output is a final recommendation for the selection of suitable internet domains.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is gastronomy tourism, which is becoming increasingly popular in modern trends of tourism. The thesis aims to define the basic terminology of the subject area - to define the terms of food, food and beverage service and gastronomy; to describe the gastronomy as a part of the national culture and at the same time as an element of globalization; to analyze culinary tours and to map the attractiveness of the area of gastronomy; last but not least, to introduce specific types of journeys of discovery of gastronomy and to emphasize the advantages of cuisines in each destination. In the paper, we will focus on three selected destinations, which will be elaborated in three model offers. Part of the goals of this work is to create a decision-making models and a proposal for decision support system, allowing gastronomically oriented travel agency to make relevant offers to the client.
