Brdičková, Anna ; Kmentová, Milena (advisor) ; Daněk, Alois (referee)

Based on a literature search, this paper presents the educational potential of song, which lies mainly in the development of the child's cognitive, auditory, speech, orientation, social and emotional skills. The use of songs in creating a positive atmosphere that improves the conditions for learning also appears to be important. The experiences of several kindergarten and primary school teachers who routinely incorporate songs into children's learning are elaborated in the research. The analysis of the songs used focuses in particular on whether the songs are suitable for children and what their educational potential is (what they can develop in children). The success of integration depends on several factors dependent on each other. Among the various factors affecting the integration of organization and preparedness are all actors in this process. Neither hypothesis H3 is not confirmed, since the position of senior staff of nursery schools for children with mental retardation in Ceske Budejovice is as positive as senior staff of nursery schools in Jindrichuv Hradec. It added that although the position of the integration as a whole is positive, as regards the integration of children with mental disabilities and then it is welcome, but only in the lighter forms of disability.
