Assembly hall
Beran, Miroslav ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design and assessment of the steel supporting structure of the production hall. The transverse dimension of the hall is 21,00 m, the longitudinal dimension is 70,00 m, the height of the hall is 17,56 m. S355 steel is used as the main supporting material. The supporting part of the hall consists of columns on which is placed a truss and two crane tracks at two height levels. Three different types of purlins and pillars are considered in the design of the steel structure. For the selected variant, a static calculation of the main bearing elements, including selected details, is drawn up and drawings are drawn up.
Production hall
Londa, Jan ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with steel structures of industrial building with the arrangements of the building with a span of 18 m, a length of 18 m and a corresponding height of cantilever of a crane track girder is 6,6 m. In the hall are considered two cranes with a capacity of 20/5 t and 32/8 t. The structures is designed for the district of Olomouc.
Strenghtening of the load bearing parts of the production hall
Čížová, Kateřina ; Pinkas, Karel (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the strenghtening of the supporting parts of the production hall in Drásov. In the first part the existing load bearing capacity of the structure is solved. The next step is to design of strenghtening variants for nonconforming columns and short corbel. Columns and short corbel are strenghtening with monostrand. At the end of the thesis, verification of the load bearing capacity of the strenghtening structure is performed.
Survey and Diagnostics of Reinforced Concrete Structure
Filipu, Martina ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with concrete properties and it introduces problematics of building survey. In each part the study deals with diagnostic methods used for building construction. Then it closely examines selected methods, which are used for recognisability of steel reinforcement in concrete. In the practical part I conducted two engineering surveys of reinforced concrete industrial buildings. The main aims were to identify the position of reinforcement in selected elements of crane runway and to evaluate the quality of used concrete. The last part of thesis is focused on static assessment of short corbel of crane runway.
Industrial building
Michálek, Vojtěch ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
In the bachelor thesis a project for steel construction of an industrial hall in Brno area is developed. The extent of the ground plan of the hall is 30x63m with maximum height of 17,300m. The main load-bearing structural elements such as suspended purlin, truss bond timber, noggin pieces, solid-poles forming a cross linking with the bond timber, base and crane runway, are designed and considered in the static calculation. The statement of material and design documentation consisting of the design, cross-section, production drawing of a bond timber and selected details are part of the thesis.
Glazier's Hall
Kelar, Petr ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deal with structural design of Glazier's hall. Dimension of the hall are 9,24 m x 24,51 m. The basic material is steel S355. The main frame is three-hidged frame. Each frames are connected by the purlins and girts. Spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by the rigid frame corners and sway bracings. Part of the design is crane runway for bridge crane from Demag company with load capacity of 5 t. Structure i designed in compliance with valid standards of ČSN EN and corresponds with ultimate and serviceability limit state. For structural design was used software RFEM 5.07.03 of Dlubal company.
Steel Structure of Industry Hall
Kačírek, Michal ; Balázs, Ivan (referee) ; Horáček, Martin (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a one-nave steel structure industrial hall in Jablonne nad Orlici with dimensions 63x30m and 15.0 m in height of the structure. In the hall, two overhead cranes with lifting capacity 32/8 tons and 20/5 tons are installed. The roof structure is designed in a variant of saddle roof with truss girder and truss purling with the function of the longitudinal roof bracing. The columns are solid panel fixed to the foundation pad. The main construction material is steel classed as S355. Spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by sway bracing and longitudinal bracing. Roofing is made of sandwich panels with polyurethane foam and trapezoidal sheet thickness of 0.9 mm. It is designed in accordance with the ČSN EN 1993.
Steel structure of an industrial hall
Janoušek, Vít ; Milan,, Šmak (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
The diploma thesis contains design of steel one-aisle industrial hall with span 24 m, length 63 m and height of the holder of a crane track girder 8,7 m. In hall are two overhead cranes, first with load capacity 50 tons and second with load capacity 32 tons. Main structural material is steel S 450. Is processed several versions and one is processed in detail. Drawings contain platform and section of hall and manufacturing drawings of crane runway.
Industrial building
Kočí, Petr ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with proposal of a load-bearing steel structure of a single-bay hall in accordance with the space arrangement of the building with span of 24 m, length of 63 m and 8,7 m height of a modular crane cantilever. Two bridge cranes are designed with a load capacity of 12,5t and 32/8 t. Essential load-bearing element of the building are transversal frames designed in 12m distance formed by truss girder and solid columns cantilevered at the plane of a transversal main frame. Roof panels are fixed onto the parabolic purlins. Hall is located in the Ustí nad Labem region.
Crane Runway of Container Transshipment in Moravský Krumlov
Robotka, David ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this paper is focuses on the design and to check of a supporting steel structure of an outdoor crane runway for an overhead crane for container manipulation. The structure is located in Moravský Krumlov. The crane with carrying capacity 50/12,5 t, hoisting class of appliance HC3 and claffication of fatigue actious s5 moves on a track. Total length of the runway is 50 m with span of the crane bridge 28,5 m of a total height 13 m above the terrain level. Crane runway beam of the main crane track consists of a welded single symmetric I profile, and is accompanied by trussed surge girder of crane runway beam. Spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by columns in a lateral direction, and by braking bracing in the longitudal direction. The columns are designed as a plate column, in the shape of double symmetric I profile. The load-carrying structures are made from a S355 steel grade, while the columns are made from a S235 steel grade.
