Architectural and technological project of residential house Ždírec

Subject of the master's thesis is project planning and management of construction of apartment building in Ždírci nad Doubravou. There is prepared a technical report on the structural and technological project, situation with broder relations roadways, time and financial plan, studies the implementation of major technological stages, project construction site, design of building machines and mechanisms, plan for securing materiál resources, technological regulation for contact thermal insulation system, inspection and test plans contact thermal insulation system, budget of the main object, network graph of the construction process.
Apartment House

This bachelor’s thesis solves a project documentation of Apartment House and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is designed as a detached house, without basement. It has a non-standard size and is covered with a flat vegetation roof. The house has five floors with balconies. The house has 12 dwelling units. On the first floor is accessory apartments: bicycle and pram room, utility room, utility room and cellar rooms. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is made of precast concrete frame and infill wall with a contact thermal insulation system.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the Master's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral area of Prosek, in Prague 9 in the north-eastern part of the city. The terrain of the land is flat. The multifunctional house has five floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, a technical area and a storage area. The first floor is redesigned to a café and office area. The floor is connected to a terrace, which is accessible from the interior and exterior. The second to fifth floors are filled with housing units. There is a walking terrace on the fifth floor. The roofing above the 4th and 5th floors consists of a flat roof. The construction system in 1st floor consists of a combination of reinforced concrete columns, girders and walls. On the 1st floor, there is a combination of a masonry and reinforced concrete transverse system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. From the 2nd floor to the 5th floor is a transverse masonry system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. The ceiling structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The stair flights are prefabricated. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
Newly-built of hotel

The subject of the Diploma thesis was to design and prepare a documentation for the construction of a spa hotel. The building is situated in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. This area is famous for a ski resort and the Lipno Dam which can be seen from the hotel. The hotel consists of three operating parts - spa, restaurant, accommodation and recreation area. The whole complex is designed as two rectangular plans. The spa part is a one-storey building with a flat green roof. The hotel with restaurant is a three-storey building with a pitched roof and metal roofing. The main entrance is oriented to the north. In front of the building there is a parking space for hotel guests. The spa structural system is a mix of a reinforced concrete frame with beam and a wall system made of clay blocks Porotherm. The hotel and restaurant is a wall structural system made of clay blocks Porotherm. The floor structure is designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The whole building is insulated to meet all the requirements of energy consumption of buildings.
The Commercial-Administrative Centre in Ostrava

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of a new building of a commercial-administrative center in Ostrava. The building has a partial basement, the maximum number of floors above the ground is 3. The building contains several categories of areas. The largest of them are office space and restaurant area. The total number of employees of the center is 73, including 63 administrative staff and 10 people serving the restaurant. The building also houses sanitary facilities, areas for rest, food preparation, meeting rooms, storage areas and filing cabinets, rooms for technical equipment. The building has a skeletal frame system made of monolithic concrete. Perimeter masonry and interior walls are made of Porotherm bricks. The building is covered with a general and vegetation flat roof. The facade of the building is ventilated, clad with titanium-zinc panels DEKCASSETTE and DEKLAMELLA IDEAL. The building is insulated with ETICS contact system, thermal insulation boards made of mineral felt. The diploma thesis is processed in the stage of project documentation for the construction.
House in Hrabová

In my thesis I address the proposal family house on the level of documentation for construction. The site is on the sloping land, on the edge of village Hrabová. The site consists of T- shape with one storey and it is partly basement. Foundation are solved by basis strips made od plain concrete. Vertical constructions are made of mansory system LIAPOR. The floor structure above the 1st floor is made of precast floor slab LIAPOR, in different part of house is floor scructure made of timber glued laminated beams. The floor structures above the basement is made of reinforced concrete slab. The roof is warm flat roof. Project documentation is processed in computer program Archicad.
Pension for Recreation

The dissertation Pension for recreation is composed in a form of project documentation which comprises all the reguisites required by current regulations. The designed Pension is placed on the site numbered 947 in Kardašova Řečice. In this three-storey building,there is 19 housing units, sauna , restaurant and gym. Constructional system is projected from lime-sand bricks, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, wooden girder trusses. External surface finish of the building is contact thermal insulation system.
