Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu s polyfunkcí. Objekt se nachází v katastrálním území Prosek. V lokalitě Praha 9 v severovýchodní části města. Terén pozemku je rovinný. Bytový dům s polyfunkcí má pět nadzemních a jedno podzemní podlaží. V podzemní podlaží se nachází společná garáž, technické a skladovací prostory. První nadzemní podlaží je uzpůsobeno pro kavárnu a kancelářské prostory. Na podlaží navazuje terasa, která je přístupná z vnitřního tak vnějšího prostoru. Druhé až páté nadzemní podlaží vyplňují bytové jednotky. V pátém nadzemním podlaží se nachází pochozí terasa. Zastřešení nad 4NP a 5NP je tvořeno plochou střechou. Konstrukční systém v 1PP bude tvořen kombinací železobetonových sloupů, průvlaků a stěn. V 1NP kombinace zděného a železobetonového příčného systému se ztužující železobetonovou stěnou. V 2NP až 5NP příčný zděný systém se ztužující železobetonovou stěnou. Stropní konstrukce jsou tvořeny železobetonovými monolitickými deskami. Ramena schodiště jsou prefabrikované. Celá stavba je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. The subject of the Master's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral area of Prosek, in Prague 9 in the north-eastern part of the city. The terrain of the land is flat. The multifunctional house has five floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, a technical area and a storage area. The first floor is redesigned to a café and office area. The floor is connected to a terrace, which is accessible from the interior and exterior. The second to fifth floors are filled with housing units. There is a walking terrace on the fifth floor. The roofing above the 4th and 5th floors consists of a flat roof. The construction system in 1st floor consists of a combination of reinforced concrete columns, girders and walls. On the 1st floor, there is a combination of a masonry and reinforced concrete transverse system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. From the 2nd floor to the 5th floor is a transverse masonry system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. The ceiling structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The stair flights are prefabricated. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
