Residential building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Brno. The proposed apartment building will be three-story, without a basement, and with a floor area of 305 m. Operationally, the building is divided into ten housing units. On the first floor, there are three apartments with layouts of 1+KK, 2+KK, and 3+KK. One of the apartments with a 2+KK layout is designed as barrier-free. The first floor is further equipped with a utility room, cellar cubicles, a room designated for cleaning, and a pram room. The elevator shaft is made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm and is separated from the building by basalt wool with a thickness of 25 mm. The shaft is coated with a dust-free paint and is equipped with a hydraulic elevator, which is not intended for fire evacuation. On the second floor, there are a total of four apartments. Two are designed as 2+KK, while the other two apartments have a 3+KK layout. On the third floor, there are three apartments. One of them is designed as above-standard with a usable area of 148 m. The load-bearing structural system will be solved as masonry made of ceramic blocks, which will be placed on foundation strips of plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 250 mm. The balcony slabs are designed as an embedded reinforced concrete cantilever with a slope of 3%. The roof is designed as a walkable flat structure, which has an integrated vegetative layer. The building is thermally insulated with contact basalt wool with a thickness of 160 mm.

This bachelor thesis is about design and elaboration of project ocumentation for construction of object of family house with establishment in the town of Nový Jičín. The building is located on the parcel n°470 - permanent grass vegetation, in cadastral area Žilina u Nového Jičína. The house is divided into the residential part for five-member family with separated stablishment - hairdressing salon. It is situated in developped surroundings. The access will be possible by newly compacted surface from nearby road on parcel n°1581/2 in possession of the town of Nový Jičín. The design respects the local plan and does not deviate form the character of the neighbouring housing development. The residential part has two floors, the establishment has one above-ground story. Object is partial basement. Project documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. Construction of the family house is designed as wall system, with brick supporting walls made of ceramic blocks. The roof construction is designed as saddle-shaped roof of purlin system. The object is located in moderate slope.
Apartment building

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to design apartment building in Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem. It is three-storey building with fifteen flats. On the first floor thera are common areas with room for bicycles, storage space, cleaning room, technical room and three flats. One of theese is designed as barrier-free. In remain floors are flats with balconies. Main entrance is situated to the west facade. On the west side of building is car parking designed for 18 cars. Two of theese are for physically handicapped. The building is designed from longitudinal wall system made of ceramic blocks and the external vertical perimetr structures are insulated with the ETICS system. Bachelor's thesis contains documentation of the actual construction.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Klokočov u Příbora. The house is to be situated on plot number 724/17, catastre unit: Klokočov u Příbora. The building is to be located in a slope of an undeveloped plot in possesion of the investor. A local road is located nearby the plot (class IV road). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The project designs the two floor building with a basement. Platform of the building has an irregular shape. The roofs are designed as shed roofs, structural system of the building is designed as wall-and-masonry structural system. The house is designed as one dwelling unit with six rooms and a kitchen. The dwelling unit is suitable for five residents. There is a workshop with a technical department and a gentleman’s club located in the basement.
Science and Technology Park Roztoky - technological phase cladding

The general process of ventilated facades’ realization is described there. The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a hotel with a wellness center in the cadastral area of Spišské Tomášovce. The building is atypical in shape and is made up of three floors. In front of the hotel there are parking spaces for guests and employees, from the back of the building there is a connection to the road for the purpose of supply. From the main entrance it can be entered either into the hotel lobby or directly into the restaurant. The operating part of the hotel is separated from the part used by hotel guests. The hotel’s wellness and fitness center is accessible from the hotel lobby, but also through an external entrance north of the main guest entrance. On the second floor there are double rooms and double rooms with extra beds. On the third floor there are double and quadruple apartments with kitchen. From the construction point of view, the house is designed as an object made of lime-sand blocks insulated with mineral wool 200 mm thick. It is also formed by reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat single-skin roof. The diploma thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for the construction.

The bachelor's thesis on the topic of a family house deals with a part of the project documentation for the construction implementation. The family house is located on a slightly sloping plot in Boršov nad Vltavou, near České Budějovice. The building consists of two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The structural system of the partial basement is designed with calcium silicate bricks. The residential part of the building is constructed with aerated concrete blocks and covered with a gable roof. The ceiling structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The house is designed as a single housing unit for a four-member family.
