Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v Brně. Navrhovaný bytový dům bude třípodlažní, nepodsklepený s rozlohu 305 m2. Provozně se byt dělí na deset bytových jednotek. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí tři byty s dispozicí 1+KK, 2+KK a byt 3+KK. Jeden z bytů s dispozicí 2+KK je řešen jako bezbariérový. První patro je dále vybaveno technickou místností, sklepními kójemi, místností určenou pro úklid a kočárkárnou. Výtahová šachta je vytvořena ze železobetonu tloušťky 200 mm a je oddilatována od objektu pomocí čedičové vlny tloušťky 25 mm. Šachta je opatřena bezprašným nátěrem a je vybavena hydraulickým výtahem, který není určen pro požární evakuaci. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí celkem čtyři byty. Dva jsou koncipované jako 2+KK, zatímco další dva byty mají dispozici 3+KK. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí tři byty. Jeden z nich je řešen jako nadstandartní o užitné ploše 148 m2. Nosný konstrukční systém bude řešen jako zděný z keramických tvárnic, který bude uložen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické železobetonové desky tloušťky 250 mm. Balkónové desky jsou řešeny jako vetknutá železobetonová konzola ve spádu 3 %. Střecha je navržena jako pochozí plochá konstrukce, která má integrované vegetační souvrství. Objekt je kontaktně zateplen čedičovou vlnou tloušťky 160 mm. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Brno. The proposed apartment building will be three-story, without a basement, and with a floor area of 305 m. Operationally, the building is divided into ten housing units. On the first floor, there are three apartments with layouts of 1+KK, 2+KK, and 3+KK. One of the apartments with a 2+KK layout is designed as barrier-free. The first floor is further equipped with a utility room, cellar cubicles, a room designated for cleaning, and a pram room. The elevator shaft is made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm and is separated from the building by basalt wool with a thickness of 25 mm. The shaft is coated with a dust-free paint and is equipped with a hydraulic elevator, which is not intended for fire evacuation. On the second floor, there are a total of four apartments. Two are designed as 2+KK, while the other two apartments have a 3+KK layout. On the third floor, there are three apartments. One of them is designed as above-standard with a usable area of 148 m. The load-bearing structural system will be solved as masonry made of ceramic blocks, which will be placed on foundation strips of plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 250 mm. The balcony slabs are designed as an embedded reinforced concrete cantilever with a slope of 3%. The roof is designed as a walkable flat structure, which has an integrated vegetative layer. The building is thermally insulated with contact basalt wool with a thickness of 160 mm.
