Czech schools in France: Dijon and Nîmes

The aim of this thesis is a general presentation of Czech sections in the French cities Dijon and Nîmes, their history, political background, and general characteristics of studies at these schools. The aim of the theses is to describe the historical connections with Czech Republic, to present the studies in general, to show and describe the pros and cons of these schools and to introduce the graduates of these Czech sections and to present a group of the graduate students. For those who are interested in studying at schools in Dijon and Nîmes, this thesis might be a good general source of information. Above all, the aim is to provide a general overview of these schools. Various other factors are also considered, such as economic, the work describes the funding of the studies in both Dijon and Nîmes, and their benefits and negatives. The practical section includes an interview with graduate of Czech section in France. The main contribution of the work is in the structured overview of Czech sections in France. Variations and other changes to public contracts under FIDIC standard forms Abstract This thesis deals with variations and other change institutes according to the FIDIC Red Book (hereinafter referred to as "CONS") enforced under the Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, as amended. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the possibility to effectively implement complex construction projects in the Czech legal environment, especially with regard to the fact that individual complex construction projects deal with, in their implementation phase, the necessity to change the work, the price for the work, but also the time of completion and handover of a work due to unforeseeable or unforeseen circumstances. The law of public procurement, with reference to the principles of free competition and, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the management of public funds, limits the possibility of the public contract modifications by means of the doctrine of the substantial and non-substantial modification. Large construction projects often exceed the estimated value of the public contract by more than 100 %, which puts a great deal of pressure on the correct and lawful subsumption of changes under the legal grounds of modifications of the contract according to section 222 of the Act on Public Procurement....
Online world - Content Creators Business Model through the Eyes of a Concrete Community of Online Entrepreneurs

The Bachelor thesis is dealing with description of online business, concretely of the Content creators business model. The description is based on a community of online businessmen. The crucial part of the thesis is dedicated to an analysis of observations and interviews with members of the community. The goal of the paper is to reveal the functioning of the community of online businessmen within The Content creators business model in a constantly growing online world about which there is still not enough comprehensive information. The paper provides an analysis of relations in community, accepting of new members, interactions, competition and women position in the online business world etc. The goal is to find out about the success influencing factors. In addition, the paper is trying to define patterns in behavior which may lead to earlier success. The analysis showed that in the community may exist an artificial identity based on requirements for a so called good businessman which majority of the community is trying to embody. Electronic democracy and its potential in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis examines new phenomena of electronic democracy which is becoming more popular with the internet expansion. The thesis summarizes existing research in the field of electronic democracy from a view of forms that could be or are taken. The aim of this summarization is to show that new transformational changes affecting our society do not automatically implicate a shift towards direct democracy. Using theoretical summarization a state of the art of electronic democracy in the Czech Republic is described. Importance is given to an analysis of contemporary evolving tools and initiatives which were developed from two directions - top-down and a bottom up. A part of this analysis is an assessment of important factors that are stimulating a development of electronic participation - freedom of information right, internet penetration and computer literacy.
