Sportovně vzdělávací činnost dětí v SH ČMS a akce pro děti a mládež pořádané složkami IZS

Nowadays, fire sports for children and young people are a relatively well-known sport, previously fire sports were mainly for men, but now women and children are well represented. Especially with children and youth and their sports and educational activities this diploma thesis deals with. This thesis is therefore directly focused at Sports and educational activities for children in SH CMS and, among other things, at events for children and youth organized by IZS components. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of information related to fire sports and its gradual development until today. In the other chapters of the first part, information is processed regarding the organization of the Czech, Moravian and Silesian Association of Firefighters, work with collectives of young firefighters. The biggest part is focusing on the sports and educational activities of children in SH CMS, in which individual games for children and youth and their disciplines are described. The objectives of the thesis and the answer to the research question are elaborated in the second part of this thesis. The work has a total of three goals, concerning young firefighters and events organized for them. The research question also concerns young firefighters, and it reads: is their number increasing in the SH CMS organization? Interviews with youth firefighter leaders were used to answer the research question. This work has an informational nature, thanks to which the functioning of the collective of young firefighters, work with them and also the competitions in which they can participate are clarified and summarized. This diploma thesis aims to enlighten the public about the sports and educational activities of children in SH CMS and the competitions that are prepared for children and youth and in which they can participate.
Competitive Intelligence

The diploma thesis focuses on the practical use of competitive intelligence, a method increasingly used to support decision making nowadays. The essential key principle is based on collection of precise data and their thourough analysis. The obtained information gives a comprehensive overview of the competitor analysis. The acquired knowledge of the competition is important for company's strategic decision-making processes. At the beginning the thesis gives a theoretical background on different means of data collecting including the ethic kodex. Folowing is the identification of the modern sources of information. Further, various methods and approaches of competitive intelligence are described. And the theoretical background on competitive strategies and their impact on the market wraps up the theoretical part of the thesis. The method is applied to create departmet of competitive inteligence for the company. Then the various options for further go to market activities are described and the scope of cooperation with selected customers is evaluted. The thesis describes the competitive intelligence advantages and the possible ways of aplications for the competitive strategy. At the end, the recommendations for the management of the company are summed up.
The Study of Implementation of Innovated Products in Production Process

This student thesis deals with a problem of manufacturing and competition ability of the joint stock company ZVVZ in the range of its manufacturing program - radial fans. The thesis compares the present and the innovated type of small radial fans from the view of manufacturing technology and manufacturing costs. The study comes out the technological documentation and demand forecast of future market. Finally the thesis summaries conditions which are necessary for the successful entrance of the innovated type of radial fans into the manufacturing process.

This diploma work also includes proposed solutions and measures that could contribute to the reduction of the unemployment rate in the region Chrudim.
Legal and Economic Aspects of Cartel Agreements in the Czech Republic

The thesis is dealing with Impact of Cartel agreement on individual subjects of Competition within the Scope of wider macroeconomic context. On the basis of predicted behavior at microeconomic level are outlined possible macroeconomic Impacts. Current practice in protecting Competition in the Czech Republic is delimited in the perspective of possible philosophy-political approaches emphasizing the legal framework. Competition protection is generally aimed at consumer welfare, which can be considered to be the primal target. Fundamental terms are defined on the basis of factual usage with the focus on the problematical questions in practice. In the practical part is briefly introduced proceedings course including possible remedies.

Based on this information it proposes possible models of strategic options including the impact on customers, business partners and internal issues.
Unfair advertising

The subject of my doctoral thesis is the analysis of the judicial treatment of unfair advertising. The aim of the thesis is to offer a systematic outlook on the legal environment of advertising from a private and a public law perspective. The legal definition of advertising is given in the Advertising Regulation Act, which can be regarded as the most important public act governing unfair advertising and in the Act on the Operation of Radio and Television Broadcasting, which regulates advertising in television, radio and internet broadcasting. All these definitions belong to the public law area. On the other hand, the definition of unfairness can be found in a private law act, namely in the Commercial Code (Act No.513/1991 Coll.). The unfairness of competition (indirectly of unfair advertising as well) is defined with a general clause against unfair competition. As a result of these definitions, unfair advertising could be understood as the activity, which fulfils the legal definition of advertising and at the same time fulfils the general clause against unfair competition. The thesis consists of three extensive chapters.
