Legal regulation and combating corruption in Spain

This bachelor thesis deals with corruption in Spain. The aim of this work is to explain the position of corruption primarily in the area of legislation and its combat. It also highlights the dangers of this phenomenon and the necessity for its elimination from the society. The first chapter discusses the definition and legal sources of corruption. The second chapter is about fight against corruption through international and European organizations. Court ruling about particular case of bribery is set in the third chapter. Final chapter analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey.
Code of ethics of employees in public administration - international recommendations and the Czech republic

This thesis deals with the ethics code of civil servants, particularly in the Czech republic Government Resolution of 21 March 2001 No. 270 + P Code of Ethics for employees in public administration and the Code of Ethics of officials and public employee May 2012. Comparison made seeks to answer the question to what extent the international recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Council of Europe were introduced into the Czech Code of Ethics. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical concept itself of corruption. In the second chapter is further described anti-corruption Ethics Code as an instrument of personal character, and recommendations for its content from the OECD and the Council of Europe. The third chapter is a comparison of the fulfillment of international recommendations in the Code of ethics of civil servants.
