Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí korupce ve Španělsku. Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři postavení korupce především v oblasti právní úpravy a jejího potírání a zároveň poukázat na nebezpečí tohoto deliktu a nutnost jeho eliminace ze společnosti. První kapitola práce pojednává o definici a pramenech práva upravující tento jev. V druhé kapitole je zmíněn boj proti korupci pomocí mezinárodních a evropských organizací. Ve třetí kapitole je zasazen soudní judikát konkrétního případu úplatkářství pro představu a ucelení práce a v poslední kapitole jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření. This bachelor thesis deals with corruption in Spain. The aim of this work is to explain the position of corruption primarily in the area of legislation and its combat. It also highlights the dangers of this phenomenon and the necessity for its elimination from the society. The first chapter discusses the definition and legal sources of corruption. The second chapter is about fight against corruption through international and European organizations. Court ruling about particular case of bribery is set in the third chapter. Final chapter analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey.
