Design and analysis of reinforced concrete or masonry structures
Skočdopole, Jakub ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the static solution of the reinforced concrete ceiling slab and the inclined column of a 2-storey multi-storey building. The first part is devoted to the design of a point-supported plate, a cross-reinforced plate and an inclined column inclined by 15° from the vertical structure according to the limit state method. A spatial 3D model was created in the SCIA Engineer program, which was used to determine the internal forces in the structure. The correctness of the model results was verified by the sum of moments method. The second part deals with the study of the influence of the slope of the columns on the structure, when one row of columns in the 2nd floor was inclined and then the effect of this change on the structure and the static assessment were compared. Reference slopes chosen for the study: 0°; 15°; 30°; 50°, a partial spatial 3D model of the structure was created for each variant. The appendix of the bachelor's thesis is a detailed static calculation according to valid ČSN EN standards, drawing documentation and a study of the influence of the inclination of one row of columns on the reinforced concrete structure.
Static solution of the load-bearing structure of a multifunctional building
Svozil, Matěj ; Čairović, Dorde (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment and design of selected characteristic parts of a multifunctional house. The multifunctional house consists of five above-ground floors and one underground floor. The 2nd floor to the 5th floor is intended for living. The first above-ground floor is used for the operation of the fitness center and the cafe. The underground floor is intended for an underground garage and partly for storage cubicles and technical room. The assessed elements are the ceiling slab above the typical floor, the most loaded column and the reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. In order to obtain the internal forces, FEM was used using the SCIA Engineer 22 program, verified by manual MSM. The final output of the bachelor thesis is a static calculation and drawings of the reinforcement of individual structural elements. In the course of the entire assessment, the applicable standards were followed.
Reinforced concrete slab of the administrative part of the depository
Jirků, Jan ; Strnad, Jiří (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and assessment of a reinforced concrete locally supported monolithic slab below the first floor of a library depository. The thesis also includes the design and assessment of a column and a prefabricated staircase. The calculation of internal forces was performed using the finite element method in the SCIA Engineer program, and its accuracy was verified by a manual calculation using the method of moment summation. The slab was assessed for ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Finally, based on the structural calculation, reinforcement drawings for the individual structures were prepared.
The bus stop in Tišnov
Ivanič, Andrej ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The batchelor's thesis deals with the design and assessment of the supporting steel structure of the roof of the bus station for 6 buses. The structure is located in the city of Tíšnov. Its floorplan dimensions are 8,4 x 58,0 m and it is divided into 10 fields by 11 main frames of 5,8 m each. The main frame consists of one column and two symmetrical trusses formed by upper beam at a 5° slope, the lower beam, diagonals and vertical. On the upper beam the purlin is are placed, which, with the transverse and longitudinal stiffeners, ensure spatian rigidity. The thesis deals with the assessment of the main supporting elements, their details and drawing documentation.
Design and assessment of the load-bearing part of the reinforced concrete structure
Tihelka, Marek ; Lagiň, Juraj (referee) ; Kostiha, Vojtěch (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design and assessment of a reinforced concrete foundation structure of a sports hall. The proposed solution is a monolithic foundation slab. The design software SCIA Engineer 22.0 was used to determine the reactions acting on the slab and slab internal forces. The reactions were also verified by manual calculations. The slab was assessed for ultimate and serviceability limit state and designed by hand. This work also includes design of reinforced concrete monolithic column. A drawing documentation was also prepared for both reinforced concrete slab and column.
Reinforced concrete lookout tower
Vaněčka, Jan ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the static design and assessment of the reinforced concrete structure of the observation tower. The design is further supplemented with visualizations of the architectural design of the structure. Structurally, the observation tower is designed as a locally supported slab by four columns, which are based on footings on the bedrock. The location of the structure is being considered near the ruins of Helfštýn Castle in the Olomouc region.
Steel Structure of Pool Building
Novotný, David ; Karmazínová, Marcela (referee) ; Melcher, Jindřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and stress analysis of the steel structure of pool building in Brno. It also includes the assessment of the main load-bearing construction elements and of the details of selected connections. The thesis also contains the design documentation of the building.
The building, Přístavní street, Praha 7
Degr, Luboš ; Sedlák, Radek (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this Diploma Thesis is newly built polyfunctional building in the Prague – Holešovice. Building land is slightly sloping. The building will be followed by the surrounding buildings. The building consists of seven floors. The floor underground technical spaces and collective garages. On the ground floor are two commercial spaces and reception. In the second to fifth floor are office space. The top floor is a penthouse with terraces. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton accompanied by a facade wall and the wall forming the core. The core consists of a elevator and a staircase. Floor slabs is continuous reinforced concrete slab with capitals. The façade of the building is divided by pilasters, stone cladding. Root at the penthouse is composed of a terrace with vegetation. Ground floor consists of shop windows with sun screens. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.
Airport terminal
Mika, Václav ; Pešek, Ondřej (referee) ; Horáček, Martin (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design and structural assesment of the steel airport terminal in Prag-Ruzyne. The project is designed in two options. The dimensions of the rectagular floor plan are 79,3 x 98,65 m. The height of the building in highest point is 21,5 m. The airport terminal contains 9 main frames spaced by 9 m. The cladding of the roof and the side walls is designed by sendwich panels. The face wall is made by glass facade system.
