Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením a navržením vybraných charakteristických částí polyfunkčního domu. Polyfunkční dům se skládá z pěti nadzemních podlaží a jednoho podzemního podlaží. 2.NP až 5.NP je určeno pro bydlení. První nadzemní podlaží slouží pro provoz fitness centra a kavárny. Podzemní podlaží je určeno pro podzemní garáž a částečně pro skladovací kóje a technická místnost. Posuzované prvky jsou stropní deska nad typickým podlažím, nejvíc zatížený sloup a železobetonové monolitické schodiště. Za účelem získání vnitřních sil byla použita MKP pomocí programu SCIA Engineer 22 ověřená ruční MSM. Finálním výstupem bakalářské práce je statický výpočet a výkresy vyztužení jednotlivých konstrukčních prvků. V průběhu celého posouzení bylo postupováno dle platných norem. The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment and design of selected characteristic parts of a multifunctional house. The multifunctional house consists of five above-ground floors and one underground floor. The 2nd floor to the 5th floor is intended for living. The first above-ground floor is used for the operation of the fitness center and the cafe. The underground floor is intended for an underground garage and partly for storage cubicles and technical room. The assessed elements are the ceiling slab above the typical floor, the most loaded column and the reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. In order to obtain the internal forces, FEM was used using the SCIA Engineer 22 program, verified by manual MSM. The final output of the bachelor thesis is a static calculation and drawings of the reinforcement of individual structural elements. In the course of the entire assessment, the applicable standards were followed.
