This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the football club SK Šlapanice particular focus on the management, marketing, competition, organizational and economic situation including sports problems in the club. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and analyzes that will be used in the practical part. Based on the information gathered and analyzes the practical part will be proposed solution to a better run club.

The master thesis focuses on the non-profit organizations and forms their financing. The theoretical part is oriented for juridical legislation of non-profit sector, as well as demarcation of basic concepts and characteristic of forms non-profit organizations. The practical part is introduced organization organizations in which I doing analysis of the financial situation with selected method and in the conclusion of the work I propose solution that should contribute to improving the stabilization financing and development organizations.

Title: Legal and economic aspects of management of non-profit sports organizations in the Czech Republic compared to other country Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to compare the important legal and economic aspects of management of non-profit sport organizations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The subsidiary objective is to describe the current state of functioning of selected non-profit sports organizations in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic Methods: In order to achieve the objectives the method of document analysis and the comparison method is used in this thesis. The method of document analysis is applied to describe the current form of legal and economic aspects of management of non-profit sports organizations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The comparative method is used through selected comparative criterias to draw a comparison between the situation of non-profit sports organizations in both countries. Results: In the final part of the thesis the similarities and differences between non-profit sport organizations of the type of association in the Czech Republic and type of civic association in the Slovak Republik are described from the point of view of legal and economic aspects of management. Impacts of Changes of the New Civil Code on a Civil Association in Accounting and Tax Area

This Bachelor thesis investigates the changes in the New Civil Code and its influence in the area of accounting and taxes within the Civil Association, as that is one of the most common legal forms of non-governmental non-profit organization. The thesis particularly addresses to analyse of accounting and tax changes that have occurred after the law amendment in one specific Civil Association operating in the area of South Bohemia. The New Civil Code cancels the term Civil Association and the question what is further to happen with the most common legal form of non-governmental non-profit organization arises. First of all, it was essential to inspect both literary and statutory background of the given problem. As a starting subject, the no longer valid law adjusting the legal form of Civil Association was used. Next, this starting subject was compared to the amendment of the Civil Code, relating to the Civil Association. After that, the information which were obtained by comparing both versions of the Civil Code, were used to analyse some situations, arising within one specific non-profit organization in the light of the law, accounting and taxes. Eventual changes are described in this thesis and the reasons for making these particular changes in the Civil Code are also mentioned.
