Detached house in Hartvíkovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new double generation family house, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Hartvíkovice on plot no 3478/15. The house is divided into two dwelling units (A, B). The flat A for a four-member family (parents with children) and the flat B for a two-member family (grandparents). The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with two mono-pitched roofs that are connected in the ridge and a flat roof with a vegetation. Construction system wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent formwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.
Apartment Building in Žďár nad Sázavou

Goal of this bachelor thesis is creation of a project documentation of an apartment building in Žďár nad Sázavou. Chosen location is in a newly constructed side of the city called Starý dvůr nearby the city center. The area is appointed for housing. This apartment building is designed with one underground floor and four regular floors. The foundation is made of concrete strips. The traverse wall system is composed of brick blocks and the ceiling is made from reinforced concrete. The ventilated facade is insulated with the ETICS system. The roof is designed as a single-layer extensive green flat roof. In the cellar a technical room and storage cubicles are located. A barrier free entrance to the first ground is from the parking lot in the northern side of the building. There are overall ten apartments. Most of the apartments comprise balcony or terrace. Around the building is designed roomy garden with a gazebo and kids playground.

The house is divided into dwelling unit and establishment. The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with hipped roof. Small Apartment House

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a four-storey apartment building in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The object is situated in a quiet part of the town and is set in a gently sloping terrain. It is based on strip foundations and has two types of roofing – above the second floor there is a green roof and above the third floor there is a non-walkable warm flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from permanent formwork in the basement and from the Porotherm system on the above-ground floors. The Etics contact thermal insulation system is incorporated into the external wall. The floor structures, the walls near the lift, and the staircase are from the cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building consists of a basement and four storeys with a total of seven dwelling units. On the ground floor there is a wheelchair accessible flat. The other dwelling units have access to a balcony or terrace. On the ground, first, and second floor there are two flats. On the third floor there is only one flat. The habitable rooms of each flat are situated to the southwest. In the basement there are cellar units for each dwelling unit, a bicycle room, cleaning room, and two utility rooms. From the southwest part of the plot, there are parking places for the residents, bicycle stands, and a place for recycling. A 3D model of the building has been built.
Low energy building

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design documentation for the construction of low-energy building. This is a hotel komplex, which is located in the city of Brno-Bohunice. The hotel has four floors, no basement and a warm flat roof. On the ground floor there is a hotel restaurant with facilities for employees, main hall, social facilities, wellness and technical facilities. The part of first floor consists of conference halls and a gym. In other parts of hotel are designed 47 guest rooms. Two guest rooms are for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation capacity of the hotel is 82 people. There are uncovered parking spaces for cars and one bus, tennis courts and a hotel garden on the plot. The structural system is combined with reinforced concrete columns and brick blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. The construction is based on foundation pad and strip foundation. The external wall is built from hollow clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite systém. The diploma thesis is processed to the extent of design documentation for construction.

The bachelor´s thesis is aimed on the solution of construction of "Detached family residence" in form of project documentation. The building is intended for one family while ensuring also needs for working place or accommodation for a guest. It is located on a moderately inclined plot 244/3, cadastral area Vysoká nad Labem, Královehradecký district. The building has two floors without basement. It is made from masonry covered with wooden facade. The timber porch is adjacent to main building. The roof is designed as shed roof with a slope of 16 %.
Multifunctional house in Uherské Hradiště

The object of this master’s thesis is a newly-built mixed-use building in the town of Uherské Hradiště. It includes parking and office spaces, retail shops, and a coffee shop. The building is situated in a mildly sloping terrain near the town centre. It is a three-storey detached building with partial basement. The floor plan was created by joining several different-sized rectangles together. The mixed-use building is based on foundation pads and slabs. It is roofed with a warm flat roof and, above the first floor, with a green roof. The building consists of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame with columns and beams. The floor structure is composed of prestressed hollow core slabs. The external wall of the above-ground floors is made of hollow clay blocks and the basement external wall is made of permanent formwork. The wall of the lift shaft is built from reinforced concrete and the staircase is composed of precast reinforced concrete slabs. The external walls are insulated with contact thermal insulation system and in some parts there is timber cladding – ventilated façade with thermal insulation from glass wool. The thermal insulation of the basement and of the plinth is made of extruded polystyrene. The object is divided into several functional zones. On the ground floor there is a coffee shop, a copy shop, a stationery shop, and a bakery. On the first and second floors there are office spaces. In the basement there are technical facilities only. The main entrance of the object is from the northwest part of the plot. There the entrance to the car park is also located, situated to the northwest and southwest side of the plot. Bicycle stands and a place for recycling is also located there. Around the object there is a pavement from which there is wheelchair access to all of the functional zones.
Mixed-use building

The subject of this thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction design of the mixed-use building in Třebíč, in the borough of Na Kopcích. The building has four above-ground floors. On the first floor there are shops, specifically a hairdresser and a café, and the technical background of the house. The second to fourth floors are made up of residential units and a storeroom is built to each apartment on the floor. There are 4 flats 2 + kk, 4 flats 3 + kk and 3 flats 4 + kk. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat green roof. Construction system is wall, masonry from clay blocks.
