The mission of my work is to assist the teacher in teaching and as much as possible to fulfill the principle of individual approach to pupils. Furthermore, as a professor of free time I try to offer the best after-school and leisure activities and leisure time to fill the child so that happy. In my work I examine the extracurricular activities of interest in children in an orphanage, opinions and attitudes on the subject , not only children but also the public. TITTLE: Risk behaviour and leisure activities for children before they are placed in Children's home ABSTRACT: Thesis Risk behavior and leisure activities for children they are placed in children's home is oriented on the factors that influence spending time children before they are placed in a children's home and how spend children their time. In the theoretical part of my work dealing with the substitute family care and family preservation. The chaps risk behaviour and leisure time are fundamental. Where I try to focus specific These two parts with regard to children before placed in childrens home. The practical part of this work was founded of visits two childrens homes. Where I studied documentation and did twenty-six interviews with children. The main part is devoted to the presentation of the obtained results, so how children spend their time before they are placed in a children's home. The results are analyzed and possible solutions and recommendations for working with children and families in family preservation.
Awareness of Adolescents Children with Diagnosis Diabetes Mellitus in Relation to Adherence Treatment mode.

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the problem of diabetes mellitus disease in adolescents and on their attitude to the compliance with the therapeutic regime on the basis of their information level. The education of patients is necessary for their acceptance of the disease and for the succes of its lifelong treatment. The study is devided into two parts : the theoretical one contains basic characteristics of the disease, its history, manner of diagnosis, treatment and therapeutic mode together with information on the education of patients. The second- practical - part includes the results of the investigation, carried out by means of questionaries, which should show the level of awareness about diabetes mellitus among adolescents and their information and attitude to the therapeutic mode, diet, lifestyle . The investigation comprised a total of 50 the respondents aged of from 10 to 18 years. The study should contribute to a more coherent perspective on the presented issues and to identify any deficiencies in the awareness of adolescents of the disease.
