Proposal of Procedure for Calculation of Aggregate Price of Building Construction

The thesis is focused on creating of aggregated items and pricing appreciation of the group works. This thesis deals with in its early life cycle of building works and defines at what stage it is advisable to use the aggregate cost. The following part is aimed at budget in the aggregated prices and creating aggregated prices. In practical part there is methodology designed to compile aggregate price of building construction. The aim of methodology is to propose evaluation process of coherent construction work groups. The proposed methodology will be used to value case study of family house.

Tactics of construction companies in preparing bid prices for public works contracts

Diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the approach of construction companies to the preparation of price offers. The theoretical part contains an explanation of the basic concepts of the issue and possible ways to determine the price of the construction work. In the practical part, this topic is researched in practice using a questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey are followed by two interviews with representatives from practice. After evaluating these data, the established hypotheses are verified and recommendations are expressed.

Analysis of costs and prices of water pipes and sewers

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of costs and prices of water pipes and sewerage. In the theoretical part, basic information related to water pipes and se-wers is presented. Operation of the water management infrastructure, phases of the life cycle of the construction work and the price of the construction work. Further-more, the method of calculating the price of water is described here. In the first part, the practical part deals with determining price differences between budgets drawn up in different phases of the life cycle of the construction work. The second part of the work is devoted to the creation of an overview of the development of cost items arising during the operation of water main and gravity sewer system and entering into the determination of the price for water and sewage.
