Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektivnosti zateplení vybraného bytového domu. Teoretická část se věnuje tvorbě ceny stavebního díla, v praktické části pak návrhem zateplení, vytvořením rozpočtu a zhodnocením efektivity zateplení a návratnosti investice. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of a residential building. Theoretical part describes the creating price of construction work, in practical part we focus on design of insulation, creating a budget and evaluating the effectiveness of insulation and return on investment.
