The practical part is focused on a brief characterization of the company and independent methods assessing the financial health. The final part contains recommendations on how to improve the status quo.

The second part of the thesis analyses branch in which the plan will be realized. The third part of the thesis suggests real solution, prediction of sales, profits and recoverability of investment.

This master’s thesis deals with the assessing the efficiency of investment project of company ZNOJEMSKÉ STROJÍRNY, s.r.o. This engineering company is currently carrying out the modernization of production workshops and service operations in order to increase the company's competitiveness on the international level. As part of this modernization, the company decided to invest in new production equipment. Using selected procedures and methods for assessing the economic efficiency of investments is examined whether the investment is beneficial for the company.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of organisation JEDNOTA, spotřební družstvo v Boskovicích in years 2008 – 2012 using the methods of financial analysis. Bachelor thesis is dividend into four parts: theoretical, methodological, practical part and proposal part. The theoretical part contains not only basic information about the company, but also the theoretical basis of the work. The methodological section contains methodological procedures, which are applied in the practical part and are used in the achal application of financial analysis.
