Software tools for creating project documentation

This Bachelor thesis deals with software tools for the creation of project documentation. The thesis starts with an introduction to project documentation, where its history, the timeline of creation and the benefits for end users are described. The next chapterpresents the division and characteristics of the projection tools. Subsequently, the characteristics of the most commonly used programs for the creation of project documentation are presented, which are divided into categories according to their use. The thesisalso provides an overview of selected programs used by designers. The following part focuses on the creation of a model project of a single-storey family house. The project includes technical report, layout, switchboard design and budget. The final part presents manuals for the design of project documentation, which include work with the programs ElProCAD, Sichr and Verox.

Estimated cost of the building structure

Given subject "Estimated cost of the building structure". The theoretical part is focused on project management in construction, costs in construction projects and implementation costs. In the practical part is the estimate price of three houses according to various indicators. The present work is the comparison of indicative prices and prices received by indicators and indices compared to 2005 for each year.

The award of the works in the Czech Republic and Ukraine

The main aim of this master’s thesis is to find out the extent of costs for construction in CZ and Ukraine. Costs for the construction were calculated according to the conditions in CZ an according to the conditions in Ukraine. There were made analysis of differences in construction works, which shows the biggest difference. Costs were determined in crowns for particular line of construction works calculation according to the ordinary calculation pattern which is using in CZ. Conversion of costs from Ukraine currency (UAH) to CZK was made with an actual currency course. The consequence of the work is analysis and evaluation of difference of construction costs.

This diploma thesis deals with constructive technological project of Polymer system centre in Zlín. Main aim of diploma thesis is working out on the rough construction with the point of view of material resources, financial plan and time plan. Thesis contents technical report, technological regulation for monolithic reinforced concrete frame, plan of lifting mechanization, construction site lay out, plan of controls and tests for quality, calculation and work schedule.

Energy performance of block of flats

This bachelor thesis was created for comparing energy performance of common slab block before energy saving reconstruction and after it. Five floors slab blocks are situated into slab block estate. During reconstruction all wooden windows were changed to plastic-framed windows. Walls were insulated by using polystyrene foam boards. The bachelor thesis is divided into several parts. Through the thesis general requirement of minimizing of energy consumption is performed by standardized calculation. Consequently is possible to compare energy consumption before energy saving reconstruction and after it.

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the construction of a sewage disposal plant in the village. This work consists of three parts. The theoretical basis defines a structure of the business plan and a definition of individual analyzes. The analytical part contains a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the municipality. The last part focuses on an elaboration of the business plan for the construction of the sewage treatment plant in the village.

Optimal construction costs of production with regard to the price

The thesis deals with the optimum production costs with consideration of price. In the theoretical part the Public Contract Act, entry documentation and periods for offer formation are described. The next part is focused on costs and calculations. In particular, direct and indirect costs, variable and fixed costs, standard calculation pattern as well as dynamic calculation are described. The practical output of the thesis is production costs setting by means of supplier enquiries about material and constunction and assembly works. The practical part also concludes cost calculations to a fictitious company.
