Apartment house

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new construction of an apartment building, which is located east of the city center of Zlín, Příluky. The building has three floors and has partial basement. It is covered with a flat roof. Basement boxes for individual apartments are designed in the basement. On the ground floor there is an utility room of the building. There are two apartments on each floor. The entrance to the building is from the west side, where the access path comes from. It connects the building with the parking lot and the road. The car park has six parking spaces plus one for the disabled. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures are form a reinforced concrete slab. The construction is based on concrete foundation strips. Perimeter walls are insulated with ETICS system using facade polystyrene th. 200 mm.
Apartment Building in Litomyšli

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documetation for the construstion of a new apartment building in Litomyšl. The city is located in Pardubice region.The apartment building has three above-ground floors. The house is non-cellular. The object contains six apartment units. The house is located in a sloping terrain. The building is based on a concrete monolithic strip foundation and footings. The perimeter masonry is out of the system VELOX, which consists of štěpkocement board. The boards form a lost formwork fulfilled concrete core, in which the thermal insulation of the stabilized expanded polystyrene with addition graphite is incorporated. The celling construction is constituted of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, which are reinforced by a cross or one-way. The walls in the contact with the soil are made from the lost formwork of štěpkocement boards fulfilled with a concrete core with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene in the backsplash zone. Above this level there will be an insulation of non-flamble mineral wool. The roof is warmflat and its stabilizing layer is made of fluvial aggregate. On the roof a roof garden with a layer of plastic tercce planks is placed.
Multifunctional house in Strakonice

The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.

Thesis "Apartment building with amenities" is developed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located in Brno, in Stránice district. It is a four story building with flat roof and no basement. On the ground floor there are medical center, technical facilities and clubrooms. Housing units are proposed in the second to the fourth floor.

Master´s thesis is designed as a complete documentation of a multifunctional house. The multifunctional house is located in the town Nová Paka and functionally designed as a restaurant, garages and 8 flats. Built-up area is 886.95 square meters. The building is covered with a flat roof. The supporting structure is designed prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Infill walls are made of clay blocks Porotherm. The house is insulated contact system ETICS. The thesis contains a static layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings were processed with software for design - ArchiCAD.

The project addresses the new residential building in the cadastral Chotebor city, county Region. It is a four-storey apartment block, slab and flat roofed single-shell roof. The external walls are lined from the system Porothem and insulation system certified ETICS (TI Extherm EPS 70 F). Residential house is located on parcels 1226/1, 1226/2. Residential house is designed with the layout, the use of safety in terms of fire safety, acoustics, lighting and heating equipment and energy.
Mixed-use building

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is project documentation for construction of a new mixed-use building in the town of Slušovice. The building has a partial basement, and four floors. In the basement there is a utility and a cleaning room, a storage space and a bike shed. On the first floor, there are two office spaces with separate entrances and a stroller storage. The second and third floors are identical, with three residential units on each. The fourth floor consists of two residential units. Each of the apartments has at least one balcony. All apartments are accessible from a single central staircase and an elevator. The building has its own parking lot with sufficient capacity on the property. The flat single-skin roof is insulated with polystyrene foam in several layers and loaded with a layer of aggregate. The vertical construction system is made of THERM ceramic blocks. The perimeter cladding is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system with facade expanded polystyrene. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The perimeter walls in the basement are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for this construction.
Small Apartment House

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a four-storey apartment building in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The object is situated in a quiet part of the town and is set in a gently sloping terrain. It is based on strip foundations and has two types of roofing – above the second floor there is a green roof and above the third floor there is a non-walkable warm flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from permanent formwork in the basement and from the Porotherm system on the above-ground floors. The Etics contact thermal insulation system is incorporated into the external wall. The floor structures, the walls near the lift, and the staircase are from the cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building consists of a basement and four storeys with a total of seven dwelling units. On the ground floor there is a wheelchair accessible flat. The other dwelling units have access to a balcony or terrace. On the ground, first, and second floor there are two flats. On the third floor there is only one flat. The habitable rooms of each flat are situated to the southwest. In the basement there are cellar units for each dwelling unit, a bicycle room, cleaning room, and two utility rooms. From the southwest part of the plot, there are parking places for the residents, bicycle stands, and a place for recycling. A 3D model of the building has been built.
Multifunctional House in Kutna Hora

The master´s thesis is focused on the preparation and design of project documentation of the multi-functional building. The building is designed on the corner of Sportovců and Waldhauserova streets in Kutná Hora. The concept of the building respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The building has one underground and four floors. There is basement, two shops and fourteen flats. The building is designed from construction system Vapis.

On the second floor there is space for commercial use and seven residential units and on the last floor there is also space for commercial use and one residential units.
