Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu polyfunkčního domu v obci Slušovice. Objekt je částečně podsklepen a má 1 podzemní a 4 nadzemní podlaží. V suterénu se nachází technická a úklidová místnost, sklepní kóje a kolárna. V prvním podlaží jsou umístěny 2 kancelářské prostory se samostatnými vchody a kočárkárna. Druhé a třetí podlaží jsou identické a v každém z nich se nachází 3 bytové jednotky. Čtvrté podlaží tvoří 2 bytové jednotky. Každý z bytů disponuje alespoň jedním balkonem. Bytové jednotky jsou přístupné z jediného centrálního schodišťového prostoru, ve kterém se také nachází výtah. U objektu je navrženo parkoviště o dostačující kapacitě parkovacích stání. Stavba je zastřešena plochou jednoplášťovou střechou, která je zateplena pěnovým polystyrenem v několika vrstvách a zatížena vrstvou kameniva. Svislý konstrukční systém je zděný z keramických bloků THERM. Obvodový plášť je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS s fasádním pěnovým polystyrenem. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny monolitickou železobetonovou deskou. Obvodové stěny v podzemním podlaží jsou navrženy jako monolitické železobetonové. Objekt je založen na železobetonových základových pasech. Bakalářská práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. The subject of my bachelor's thesis is project documentation for construction of a new mixed-use building in the town of Slušovice. The building has a partial basement, and four floors. In the basement there is a utility and a cleaning room, a storage space and a bike shed. On the first floor, there are two office spaces with separate entrances and a stroller storage. The second and third floors are identical, with three residential units on each. The fourth floor consists of two residential units. Each of the apartments has at least one balcony. All apartments are accessible from a single central staircase and an elevator. The building has its own parking lot with sufficient capacity on the property. The flat single-skin roof is insulated with polystyrene foam in several layers and loaded with a layer of aggregate. The vertical construction system is made of THERM ceramic blocks. The perimeter cladding is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system with facade expanded polystyrene. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The perimeter walls in the basement are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for this construction.
