Financing Options for Housing in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis „Financing options for housing in the Czech Republic“ is focused on the issues connected with financing one´s own housing. The goal of this work is mainly to introduce the issues and possibilities of financing housing of the citizens of the Czech Republic, analyze products that could be used while financing housing and compare the costs of financing housing, while using different bank products. In the theoretical part of the work, we obtain knowledge intentions and developments of housing policy in the Czech Republic; we clearly introduce with the products that are helpful while financing housing and their combinations. Insurance products are also mentioned in the thesis. Those products can protect citizens against unwanted influences during the period when they pay off their loans. We can also find here the recent development of loan products and bank market in the Czech Republic, its current offers and overview of its products, from which citizens can choose the most suitable one for their needs. Practical part of the thesis deals with the comparison and research in the least costly way of financing housing in three different time horizons with the help of one product or a combination of products.

Lease of an apartment Abstract The theme of this diploma thesis is an institute of lease of an apartment, which is an important and still current institute. Regarding the constant increase of prices in the real estate area, the attractiveness of this institute is only expected to grow in the future. The diploma thesis contains not only general characteristics of the lease as a legal relationship but also the specification of an apartment and a house as the subject of the lease, entities of the lease or the specific purpose for which the lease is concluded. Considerable attention is paid to the lease agreement, rent or the ways how the lease may end. The part concerning the historical evolution of the apartment lease is omitted. The thesis addresses selected issues related to the protected lease of an apartment regulated by the Civil Code, both issues theoretical and practical. The thesis deals mainly with those issues that resonate the most among experts. The aim of the work is to provide a comprehensive and detailed image of the regulation of lease in the Czech Republic, primarily with the help of the case law of the Supreme Court, which helps to overcome its various shortcomings. Analysis of the use of building savings in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the possibilities of financing housing, in particular savings instrument. The main goal is to determine, what are the differences between building savings banks, especially in the product. Another goal is to monitor and evaluate the options selected housing financing in the Czech Republic. The work focuses on market analysis, building societies and comparison of their products. The first part deals with the explanation of the concepts of housing and savings, including the establishment process of building savings and loan drawdown of savings. Attention is also paid to support housing programs from various government entities. Another part describes building savings banks operating on the Czech market. The last part describes and compares the conditions of products, what conclusions arise that are described in the summary at the end of work. Finally, the work summarizes the most important facts from all the chapters.
The impact of the deduction of interest on loans for housing needs for income tax

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of deduction of interest on loans for housing needs. The aim of this work is to analyze the impact of the deduction of interest on loans to the tax liability of the taxpayer. The thesis analyzes the tax savings expressed as a relative share of the taxpayer's gross income and the total interest on the loan.
Analysis of impact of substandard deductions on employees

The aim of this work is to analyse impact of substandard deductions on employees. The impact means tax reduction caused by applying of deduction. In this work I am analysing sample of 201 employees of innominate corporation. The procedure is to at first calculate absolute and relativity tax reduction of every employee. Next I confront calculated reductions with annual wage and gender of the employees. Then I observe relation between amount of apllied deductions and chosen characteristics of the taxpayers (e.g. wage, age, gender, acquirememts).
Some problems in the area of financing of housing need

This thesis explains important facts concerning financial products for solutions of housing need from three points of view, which influent each other -- from the point of view of client, bank and state. In the thesis, there is noted, what shall be understood under the solution of housing need, and what are the products which have been used for housing financing. Accent is put on possible use of different forms of state support and its influence on the state budget. The most of financial products for the solution of housing need have character of credit, therefore part of the thesis is touching credit risk and is clearing running of credit process.
