Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou možnosti odpočtu úroků z úvěrů na bytovou potřebu. Cílem této práce je analyzovat dopad odpočtu úroků z úvěrů na daňovou povinnost poplatníka. V práci je analyzována daňová úspora vyjádřená jako relativní podíl na hrubých příjmech poplatníka a na celkových úrocích z úvěru. The bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of deduction of interest on loans for housing needs. The aim of this work is to analyze the impact of the deduction of interest on loans to the tax liability of the taxpayer. The thesis analyzes the tax savings expressed as a relative share of the taxpayer's gross income and the total interest on the loan.
