Document describes foundation and development of computer training center. It introduces the reader to the development process and the structure of business plan in the beginning. The process starts with SLEPTE analysis, customer research and simple financial analysis. The result of previous three analyses is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis recommends author to continue in the business plan development. Therefore, documents describe more accurate and detailed analyses specialized to computer professional courses in the region of Brno and surrounding cities. Next, it describes company strategy according to the results of analyses. Marketing and financial parts of the strategy are the most stressed ones. The reader is very deeply familiarized with company product and their price policy. The last pages of document present steps required to successfully implement company strategy.

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan. The subject of found is e-shop with original paintings. First part of the thesis consists of theoretical base, thesis conti-nues through a questionnaire survey to create a real business plan. The last mentio-ned part contains my recommendations and suggestions to the problems in each parts.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan. The theoretical part defines the reasons for compiling a business plan and the general process of its creation. The creation of the plan is described progressively, with the structure that is commonly used for a business plan. The second part of the thesis presents the proposal of a specific business plan. The topic of this plan is the project of an apartment building with retail space. The content of the plan is the introduction of the company behind the project, the acquaintance with the circumstances of the project, financial and other analyzes that are needed for the composition of the business plan.

The goal of this bachelor is thesis is to create an ideal structure of a business plan, which will be used as the guide for creators of a project but also as a valid source of needed information for the reader. Everything with maximal focus on customer needs. The goal is also to create clear criteria for determining whether a project can be called "startup" and if it is suitable to use franchising for expanding to other countries. This plan and criteria are followed by practical test and example.
