Primary focus of this thesis is Financial Health Evaluation of “Auto Slavíček s.r.o.“ company. The study has been conducted between 2014 and 2018. Evaluation will begin with Analysis of Business Environment, followed by Financial Analysis. These analyses will serve as foundation for development of set of measures intended to mitigate, decrease or resolve identified issues, and improve the overall Financial Health of the set company. The thesis will conclude with the summary focusing on practical aspect of this work: development and implementation of analysis and recommended measures.

The Master’s thesis deals with the business performance assessment of DSB EURO, s. r. o. company by Balanced Scorecard method. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard method and its implementation is described in the theoretical part. The practical part is based on the theory described in the thesis and evaluates current situation of the company by financial and non-financial measures. The concept of the implementation into chosen company is designed from the analysis results. The final part is aimed on the risk summarization and concept contribution.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of Astra Motor, s. r. o., between the period of 20152019. The work is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes individual methods of financial analysis, as well as indicators. The second part is aimed at analyzing the current state of the company using the methods from introduced in the theoretical part. In the third part of the bachelor's thesis, a proposal is made to solve the situation in the company, which should lead to an improvement in the situation at the enterprise.

This diploma thesis focuses on an evaluation of a performance of a chosen company based on benchmarking with competing companies. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first part, the issue is analyzed from a theoretical point of view. In the next chapter, the company THK RHYTHM AUTOMOTIVE CZECH a.s. is introduced, and strategic analysis is performed. The fourth chapter deals with the benchmarking and the final evaluation with SWOT analysis. The last part of the thesis deals with proposals and measures to improve the financial and business situation of the company.

Analysis of the Financial Efficiency of a Company Using Statistical Methods

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the analysis of selected economic indicators of the transport company Stanislav Krobot Ltd. using appropriate statistical methods, based on found data assesses the financial situation of the company and suggests posssible solutions. The thesis is devided into several main parts. In the theoretical part are discussed and explained all the bases for analysis of the company, but also for used statistical methods. In the analysis part is described the analysis of economic indicators of the company and by using chosen stastitical methods has been established possible future prognosis of company’s development. Suggestion part contains steps that the transport company Stanislav Krobot Ltd. should do to improve its situation.

The master's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the company's performance using the Balanced Scorecard concept and its implementation into the corporate structure. The theoretical part describes the methods used to evaluate the performance of the company, including the theoretical basis of the Balanced Scorecard concept. In the next section, these methods are used and applied to evaluate the performance of the selected company. In the last part of the thesis, a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method into the structure of this company is developed. Part of this chapter are compiled strategic goals of individual perspectives, interconnection of goals using a strategic map, time schedule of implementation and the risks that might arise during implementation are listed and evaluated.

Follows the analysis including itroduction of the company, its situation, strenghts and weaknesses. I have prepared several suggestions grounded on the analysis that would provide improvements for the company and its development.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of business performance by financial analysis instruments. The joint-stock company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ was chosen to be analysed from 2017 to 2020. The first part of bachelor’s thesis is devoted to theoretical terms. The second part deals with practical processing of terms mentioned in the first part and also brief description of the chosen company. Methods of financial analysis will be used and depending on the results a few financial changes will be suggested to help the company.
