Burnout syndrome of kindergarten teachers

RESUME This diploma is dedicated to stress and burnout syndrom. Objective of this diploma is to find out what is the rate of mental strain concerning burnout syndrom and to map occurence of burnout syndrom for kindergarten teachers. We were interested how burnout syndrom is impacted by professional experience, number of children, place of work, team satisfaction and level of personal satisfaction according to age of teacher. It is focused to teacher's career and to specific stress categories. I have used Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire which is standardized for measurement of burnout syndrom and questionnaire dedicated to find out sensitivity against stress. I have used own questionnaire to find out demographic figures. Final result indicates most of teachers are resistant against stress. Burnout syndrom across all three areas was indicated only for one respondent from total number of 100 asked teachers. For 8 teachers burnout syndrom was confirmed in two areas.
The Culture of OSPOD Departments and the Conditions for Coping with Workload

The bachelor's thesis " The Culture of the Child Protection Unit and the Conditions for Coping with Workload" deals with working conditions at child protection unit, describes specific characteristics of the work. The thesis determines a role of head of the department focusing its essential influence on local working environment. Using the management theory the thesis specifies fundamental tactics to create stimulating surroundings with enough support and assistance in coping with overburden - often coupled with these departments. The research summarizes examples from common situations at child protection unit into concrete statements that reflect ways of executives to build good working environment for the workers - building strong relationships, considering periodic supervisions and atmosphere of trust, encouragement and respect.

The hygiene of psychic health and prevention of burning out in assistance profession

The workdeals with theissue of hygiene ofpsychiche alth and prevention of burning out in the performance oft heassistance profession. The theoretical part defines the rangeof topicsin intervening in the problems which are characteristic of the helping professions, stress, mental hygiene, as well as techniques of copingwith stress and burnout. The practical part is devoted to the realization of mental hygiene program, held in collaboration with workers of Social Service Centre Empathy in České Budějovice. The aimof the program was to assist the participants to acquire the theoretical and practical skills of psychichealth. The program is in detail devoted to the progress and final outcomes.
The Problems of a guilt in a view of German and Czech Literature

In my Bachelor Thesis I am going to focus on the problems of a guilt in the early after-war German and Czech fiction. I am trying to look into burning out, which is featured in mentioned fiction. This Thesis is concerned on a question of a possible future hope and its forms too, which could a man hit by war find. I compare both points of view in selected short stories by Wolfgang Borchert Smutný studený svět and in a drama Venku přede dveřmi. I have mentioned Heinrich Bolls novel A anděl mlčel and so on in Hermann Hesses Stupně. I have chosen Holans Panychida, Bednářs Praha pod křídly války and Drdas Němá barikáda from Czech fiction. My knowledges into preface problem thema and theoretical part are from Otázka viny by Karl Jaspers, Hannah Arendts essay O násilí and Tzvetan Todorovs text V mezní situaci.

The burning-out of organic substances from ceramic matter enriched by ammonium aluminium sulphate

Dynamics and kinetics of gas removal from system is observed. After the decomposition of ammonium aluminium sulphate, aluminium oxide remains in the ceramics. Oxides of sulphur influence a timing formation of black cores and a thermal decomposition of organic compounds.
