Analysis of the 2024 state budget expenditure in light of the 2019 pre-crisis year

Our analysis compares the 2024 state budget proposal approved by the government with 2019 state budget results. The interim period includes two major events with a number of significant economic impacts - the coronavirus and Russia’s aggression in Ukraine. We compare the percentage increases in key state budget expenditures with the 40.6% increase in prices and the 33.9% increase in nominal gross domestic product (GDP) over the same period, 2019-2024. Comparison that takes inflation into account is indicative of the change in the real value of spending, while comparison accounting for GDP growth shows the change in the shares of spending in GDP.

Budget Procedure of Sokolnice Municipality

In a theoretical part the bachelor thesis defines how draw up a budget and describes a notions, which are connected with creation of the budget. The first section of the practical part analyse a management and debit's development of the community in years 2006-2009. The second section focuses on a proposition of a management in years 2011-2014 including recommendations, which the community could uses in practice.

Comparison of economical management of city Pelhřimov and municipality Hořepník

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part desribes of general problem of the management and perfomance of municipal authorities. It contains characteristic of municipalities, definition of independent and delegated authority, a description of municipal bodies and primarily definition of budget revenues, budget expenditures and budgeting method. The practical part includes characteristic of city Pelhřimov and municipality Hořepník. Afterwards it analyzes the management of this city and municipality during the years 2007-2009 and their mutual comparison.

The work is focused on the analysis of budget management of the town Úvaly in the years 2008 -- 2010. It is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the status of municipalities in the Czech Republic and mainly focuses on the budget management, creation and implementation of the budget, as well as accounting. The practical part is then focused on the analysis of the budget management of the town Úvaly and above all implementation of its budget. It also contains the history, present and future of the city.
