The aim of the bachelor thesis is to use financial analysis to identify prob-lematic areas in the chosen company for the years 2013-2017. In the practical part, horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators (activity, profitability, liquidi-ty and indebtedness), differential indicators (net working capital), creditworthy and bankruptcy models will be performed. In the discussion, the results will be evaluated and measures for the future business growth will be proposed.

The main aim of the Bachelor's thesis "Financial Analysis DENSO Manufacturing Czech, s.r.o." is to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis company Denso Manucfacturing Czech s.r.o. and to assess its financial health in the years 2009 - 2014 and the supplement development of company in the year 2015. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides an overview of financial indicators. Among the methods of the financial analysis include horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis , Du pont ROE, bankruptcy and credibility models, analysis of differential indicators, economic value added, intercompany comparison. In the practical part is description of the company and the application of different methods.

Thesis is divided into two parts. In methodical are described used methods and ratios of financal analysis. The second part is practical and it contains aplication of the methods on real conpany's data and comparison with chosen competitors and the sector. It is followed by a financial plan for the year 2016. In the conclusion there are summarized results.

The object of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company ZOOT, a.s. for the period between 2013 and 2015. Its goal is to evaluate financial situation of the company and compare it with the competitive company Freshlabels, s.r.o. This thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first - methodical part are the object and purpose of the financial analysis, the source of information for financial analysis and methodical instruments of financial analysis described. In the second part - practical is the analysed company introduced, and then the methodical instruments are applied on analysed company and its data. In the conclusion of the thesis are results of individual parts of financial analysis summarized.

The bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of a company called "Isolit - Bravo, spol. s r. o." during the period 2011-2015. The work consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is about general principles of financial analysis, its users and information sources. Further,the thesis features a description of financial ratios as well as bancruptcy and credibility models. The practical part focuses on introduction of "Isolit - Bravo, spol. s r. o." and an aplication of financial analysis from the theoretical part. The results of financial ratio are compared with results in the industry. The conclusion describes overall financial situation of the company.

Applications credibility and bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic

The aim of this master´s thesis is to verify the usability of credibility and bankruptcy models for predicting the bankruptcy of the company and evaluate the financial situation of the company after the reorganization in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis contains of descriptions corporate crisis and its causes, consequences and individual phases. Next in this part are described models and their method of calculation. In the practical part are presented selected companies on which are applied the models. The companies´ situation has been evaluated several years before and after the declaring bankruptcy and then has been evaluated the ability of the credibility and bankruptcy models to predict the companies´ problems ahead of time. At the end of this thesis are summarized the results from evaluating of these companies by prediction models, the influence of input data on results and the recommendations to include the models in financial management of the company.

Financial analysis of the company Moser, a. s.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the glass manufacturing company Moser, a. s. for the period 2012 to 2015. The information is taken from publicly available data published by the Ministry of Justice. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical. Firstly, the methodical part is introduced. At the beginning, it describes the essence, sources, methods and the techniques of financial analysis. Then, attention is paid to horizontal and vertical analysis as well as differential and financial ratios. At the end of the methodical part, we are introduced to credit scoring and bankruptcy models and are given a validation of the prediction of financial stringency. The practical part deals with the presentation of the analyzed company and, consequently, its financial analysis. Calculated values of indicators are compared with competitive industries. At the end of the bachelor thesis, there is an evaluation of the financial health of the company.

Factors affecting the financial situation of the company

This thesis is dealing with factors influencing the financial situation of OP papírna, s.r.o., from 2009 to 2014. The target of this work is to state financial analysis, and based on the values of the indicators, assess the situation and determine the main factors that influenced the development of the financial situation of the company in the years mentioned above. The decisive influence has the target product markets that are affected by the situation on product markets for final consumers (books, medicaments, cigarettes, booklets). An important role is also played by markets with input raw materials, transport and energy that create a cost structure as a part of most indicators evaluating business success of the company. A specific factor is the local labor market, availability of manpower, the price and the quality of education. An intermediate active influence is the legislation (energy regulation, smoking, LIP), ownership structure (dividend policy), the money markets situation and fiscal policy not only in the Czech Republic. Pursuant to the interim analysis, the risks arising from the factors can be successfully managed. Hedging transactions, diversification, transferring risk to other contracting parties, insurance and common sense are the proven tools.

The Financial Analysis of the Selected Farm

The goal of this bachelor s thesis is to assess financial situation of an agricultural organisation AKCENT Ltd. throught the use of selected methods of financial analysis. The thesis observes the situation from 2009 to 2013. The work is divided in two parts theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part is focused on the definiton of financial analysis, its users, information sources, difficulties and weaknesses. Other topics of the theoretical part are focused on the description of financial analysis methods and formulas needed for the correct calculations.
The practical part is focused on the chosen agricultural organisation, its brief characteristics, application of the metods of the financial analysis and evaluation of results. Analysis of status indicators was performed , vertical and horizontal analyses belong there, analyses of differential and ratio indicators, where are the profitability, activity indicators, debt and liquidity ratios compiled. There are bankruptcy prediction models used, specifically Altman s model and Kralick s Quicktest.
The results of the selected indicators show us that the organisation AKCENT, Ltd. had significant problems in year 2009, but the organisation was able to improve their financial situation and from year 2010 even shows a positive economic result.

The financial analysis of selected business subject

This thesis entitled The financial analysis of selected business subject evaluates the level of management of selected construction company KOČÍ a.s. between 2010 and 2014. Required documents for the calculation of financial analysis were obtained from publicly available sources. The theoretical part briefly introduces the basic information and describes the methods of financial analysis. In the practical part are the methods of financial analysis applied to the company KOČÍ a.s. The results are compared to values for the branch of building industry or to recommended values. For the financial analysis of KOČÍ a.s. were used analysis of absolute, differential and ration indicators and bankruptcy and credibility models.
