Animated 3D Model
Konečný, Kamil ; Navrátil, Jan (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with production of three-dimensional animated model. It’s about visualisation of balls motion on billiard table. The thesis contains summary of physical phenomena, simulation methods and animation techniques. Next there is introduced elementary description of chosen modelling software. In this work the physical model of balls motion is created, using modified equations for animation purpose. The final animation is contained on attached CD.

Konečný, Kamil ; Najman, Pavel (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This  thesis  deals  with  production  of  three-dimensional  animated  model. Thesis is about model of billiard table and visualization of balls motion on its surface. Using simulation methods to solve the problem of balls motion is the goal of this work. This thesis contains summary of physical phenomena which describe the ball motion. There are also animation and simulation techniques which are used to create a model involved in this work. This thesis also deals with description of software, which can be used to create a three-dimensional model, animation and define user interaction. The second part of thesis describes how simulation program and visualization application was made. In the end, there are charts which describe ball behaviour involved in this work.
Interactive evaluation of current biliard situation during game
Sedlařík, Jan ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is evaluation of images by computer vision methods. The elaborated scene is billiard game scanned by camera. Using pre-processing, image segmentation and object classification we will try to understand the gameplay situation and uvaluate it in accordance with applicable rules.
Functional Profile of Performance Billiard Players
Manda, Filip ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Zahálka, František (referee)
Title: Functional Profile of Performance Billiard Players Objectives: The main aim of thesis was to find out maximal functional characteristics and body composition of performance billiard players by using laboratory testing. Next step was to define load intensity during simulated match. Methods: There were used biomedical measurements as a body measuring, bioelectrical impedance, laboratory spiroergometric measuring by maximal stress testing. Field spiroergometric measuring was provide during simulated match in pool hall. To find the role of physical fitness in performance billiard were used half structured interview with open questions and online survey. Results: The findings show that tested billiard players achieve levels of physical fitness from average to very good values. But some of them are classified as overweight and obese. Long-time playing billiard does not have any important influence on asymetric composition of muscle mass of upper limbs. During playing billiard an oxygen consumption didn't get over 30% of VO2max and values of heart rate were between 39 to 59% HRmax. During playing billiard an energy expenditure grows from 222 to 330% of BM. Billiard energetic demands of tested players are moving between 14,6 kJ to 29,3 kJ. Another result of thesis is a statement about the role of...

Creation and Evaluation of Psycho-training Programme on Base of Yoga Techniques for Billiard Players\\
MANDA, Filip
In my thesis I have concerned myself with the creation and subsequent evaluation of psycho-training programme on base of yoga techniques to improve performance in billiard. Psycho-training programme was attended by four players at a higher level of cue. The training was administered through an intensive week-long training camp. The aim of the research was to improve concentration, increase attention and eliminate physical and mental stress. It was used a modern method of biofeedback. The results were processed using graphs and tables. The observed data have proved that intensive psycho-training programme has had a positive impact on both the concentration improvement and increase attention to the psychological stability and overall performance during the release of pool activity.
