Technological stage of the rough superstructure of an apartment building

The subject of my bachelor's thesis was the development of selected parts of the technological project for building the Community Center in Třanovice. I specifically focused on the stage of the rough upper construction. The building's structure consists of load-bearing perimeter walls made of ceramic blocks and a semi-prefabricated ceiling structure. This thesis includes the design of transport routes, technological procedures, inspection and testing plans, the timeline for the selected part, an itemized budget for the selected part, and the proposal for machinery for this stage. The work also includes the site layout concept, including a technical report, a detailed bill of quantities for the masonry, and a list of materials for the described technological procedures. In the final part of the thesis, an alternative design for the ceiling structure is presented, along with a proposal for revising the project documentation according to modular coordination and selected construction details.

Analysis of Environmental and Health Risks in Terminal Brno, a.s.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risks in intermodal transport. Theoretical knowledge from the field of riskology and transport was included in the introductory part. The practical part was devoted to the processing of a detailed risk analysis focused on the environment and the health of the employees of Terminal Brno, a.s. Subsequently, appropriate measures were proposed to eliminate or minimize the identified risks.

The content of the thesis is an accompanying and technical report, the situation of the construction with wider transport relations, the equipment of the construction site, the technological regulation, the inspection and test plan, the solution of safety and risks on the construction site, the design of machine assemblies, the itemized budget and the time schedule

Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

The thesis seeks to find the building – technological optimum for main construction works. The thesis includes technical report of the object, technological prescription, equipment construction, machinery , budget, timetable,inspection and test plan, work safety.

Residence Dlouha - Building Contruction Project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.
