Low energy detached house

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a low energy detached house in Frýdek-Místek. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 528/46 in Místek area. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 10,65x9,4m. The roof of the building is designed flat roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm and Tritreg. The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.

The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).

This is a detached family house with a office. The building has two floors without cellar. In the ground floor is entrance hall, WC, living room with dining room and kitchen, room for guests, bathroom with WC and garage, technical room and separate office with technical facilities and bathroom with WC. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom with dressing room and two bathrooms, in one bathroom is WC. On the second floor is entry to green roof. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system Velox with contact insulation system in lost planking. The roof is flat, onesheel. Built-up area is 272,2 m2. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic Green roofs.

It´s about alone standing a family house with optician and eyes ordination. Structure is being in Velká Bystřice near by Olomouc city. This building has two overgroud floor, without cellar. In groundfloor of the house is a small hall, changing room, bathroom with closet, room for guests, living room with a kitchen and penthouse for a car. From the living rooom is entrance on the teracce. In same floor is also optician, zone for employees, closet and eyes ordination. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom and closet. From the hall is entrance on the teracce. The House is establishment on basement plates of concrete foundations and it was built from Porotherm system. The roof is one cloak flat. In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Jedovnice, K Propadání street, parc. No. 2322/72, Blansko district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

In the bachelor´s thesis is solved lately erected building freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Drnovice, parc. no 1750/3, Blansko district. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outlone of the house are 15,14x17,15. Ridge height is 7,475m. The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.

The subject of the bachelor work is a new building of family house in the village called Pozďatín on the land parcel number 155 in the district of Třebíč. The family house is situated on a gentle sloping ground. The family house is projected as a two-floor building. Under the object there is partly made a cellar. The size of ground plan are 13,5 m x 10,25 m. The top of the family house is located in 7,75 m height above the first floor. The house is constructed on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the house is combination of concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic blocks in the first floor. Ceiling are projected from the system called Porotherm. A stairway is a contruction of three-legs and a material of the stairway are iron and concrete with wooden step stairs. A gabled roof is consisted of wooden roof frame and the roof is composed of burnt roof covering.

This is a detached family house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the region of Znojmo in the town of Sedlešovice. The building has two floors without cellar. In the ground floor is entrance hall with dressing room, living room and kitchen, study, bathroom and garage. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and dressing room. From the hall is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system HELUZ with contact insulation system from company ISOVER. The roof is pitched with a inclination of 30 °. Roofing tile is clay TONDACH - FIGARO. Built-up area is 172,93 m2. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic Anchoring on the tercce railing.

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house. This house is situated in the village Lipůvka, region Blansko in parcel no. 662/69 in the land register of Lipůvka. Built up area is 231,3 m2. Family house is two-stroyed, partial basement with an attic. On ground floor is designed entrance, vestibule, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, dining room, tercce, living room, staircase, corridor, quest-room, garage, workshop, dressroom. In the attic are situated three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, loggia. In the basement are situated laundry room, boiler room, warehouse appliance. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C20/25, all frame structures are designed in the system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. The roof is gabled roof with type of „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Francouska 14“

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house with an establishment. This house is situated in the area of Brno-centre, region Brno in parcel no. 1428/1 in the land register of Kohoutovice. Built up area is 164,5 m2. The house is a twofloor,partial basement with an attic. On the ground floor of the living part of the house is designed entrance, vestibule, corridor, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, cojoined dining room and living room, and staircase. In the operational part of the ground floor is designed entrance, waiting room, veterinary medicine, WC for the patients, WC for the working staff, conveniences, dressroom, and store room. In the attic there are situated two rooms, quest bedroom, master bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, study, corridor, and loggia. In the basement there are situated workshop, laundry room, cleaning store room, corridor, and staircase. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C16/20, all peripheral frame structures in the basement are designed in BTB bricks, and the elevated frame sturcturesthe syare designes in system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. Roof is a gabled roof of the type „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Figaro 11“.
