Jedná se o samostatně stojící rodinný dům v částečně zastavěném území. Stavba se nachází v okrese Znojmo v obci Sedlešovice. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží, je nepodsklepený. V přízemí se nachází zádveří se šatnou, obývací pokoj spojený s kuchyní, pracovna, koupelna a garáž. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou dva pokoje, ložnice, koupelna, WC a šatna. Z chodby je vstup na terasu. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému HELUZ s kontakním zateplovacím systémem firmy ISOVER. Střecha je sedlová se sklonem 30°. Střešní krytina je z pálené tašky TONDACH – FIGARO. Zastavěná plocha je 172,93 m2. Součástí je také seminární práce na téma Kotvení zábradlí na terase. This is a detached family house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the region of Znojmo in the town of Sedlešovice. The building has two floors without cellar. In the ground floor is entrance hall with dressing room, living room and kitchen, study, bathroom and garage. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and dressing room. From the hall is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system HELUZ with contact insulation system from company ISOVER. The roof is pitched with a inclination of 30 °. Roofing tile is clay TONDACH - FIGARO. Built-up area is 172,93 m2. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic Anchoring on the tercce railing.
