Residential building
Štepanovský, Stanislav ; Kacálek, Petr (referee) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Brno. The proposed apartment building will be three-story, without a basement, and with a floor area of 305 m. Operationally, the building is divided into ten housing units. On the first floor, there are three apartments with layouts of 1+KK, 2+KK, and 3+KK. One of the apartments with a 2+KK layout is designed as barrier-free. The first floor is further equipped with a utility room, cellar cubicles, a room designated for cleaning, and a pram room. The elevator shaft is made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm and is separated from the building by basalt wool with a thickness of 25 mm. The shaft is coated with a dust-free paint and is equipped with a hydraulic elevator, which is not intended for fire evacuation. On the second floor, there are a total of four apartments. Two are designed as 2+KK, while the other two apartments have a 3+KK layout. On the third floor, there are three apartments. One of them is designed as above-standard with a usable area of 148 m. The load-bearing structural system will be solved as masonry made of ceramic blocks, which will be placed on foundation strips of plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 250 mm. The balcony slabs are designed as an embedded reinforced concrete cantilever with a slope of 3%. The roof is designed as a walkable flat structure, which has an integrated vegetative layer. The building is thermally insulated with contact basalt wool with a thickness of 160 mm.
Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů
Bystričan, Daniel ; Porwisz, Ondřej (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.
Risk analysis of waterproofing systems of buildings
Vepřek, Karel ; Čech, Josef (referee) ; Novák, Jindřich (advisor)
A general overview of the waterproofing materials. Distribution waterproofing systems according to their use in construction. Listing the possible risks of defects waterproofing systems. Remediation and prevention of defects in the insulation. General summary of the risk lifecycle isolation and analysis of defects in the insulating elements on the real structure.
Veterinary
Šeps, Daniel ; Machová, Petra (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a free-standing veterinary clinic building in Nová Paka, in the form of project documentation for the construction. The building of the veterinary clinic consists of 3 rectangles forming a Z-shape, where the entrance to the building of the veterinary clinic, its operational and administrative part is located in the eastern part. In the western rectangle there is a separate and operationally separate entrance to the apartment unit, which is located on the second floor. The entrance to the veterinary clinic building and the housing unit is barrier-free. The building will be located in a slightly sloping terrain (3.49%). The main facade of the building with the entrance to the building is oriented to the southwest. The separate entrance to the apartment unit is from the northeast side. The perimeter masonry consists of the Porotherm system with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system in a thickness of 300 mm and 200 mm ETICS masonry. The internal load-bearing masonry also consists of a Porotoherm masonry system in a thickness of 250 mm. Internal non-load-bearing masonry consisting of the Porotherm system in thicknesses of 115 and 140 mm. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab th. 200 mm. Above the veterinary clinic, the roof area forming the terrace of the housing unit is considered, divided into two parts 1) with a vegetation layer and 2) with a tread layer of concrete paving on the targets. The main waterproofing layer of the flat roof consists of strips of SBS modified asphalt. Above the 2nd floor, a sloping hip roof made of glued wooden trusses is considered, and a sheet metal roofing is considered as the roof covering of the truss roof. The windows are designed with insulating triple glazing. The attic on the flat roof is equipped with an aluminum railing with a vertical bar infill. The building is heated by a gas condensing boiler, the building is also designed forced ventilation
