Level Indicator for Water Reservoirs

This thesis addresses the issue of designing a device for evaluating the water level in water reservoirs. The research part of this thesis introduces and comapares types of level indicators in use. This thesis includes the description of designing the main logic for water level indication. The next chapter describes the program for the microcontroler and also adresses the choosing of the suitable Bluetooth module. Planning of the devices power suply layout with regard to longterm autonomous operation was also sorted out in the scope of this thesis. The mechanical structure of the device was designed based on the knowledge of the individual subsystems. Based on this mechanical structure, the printed circuid board was made. The application, specifically made for controling this water level indicator using mobile phone, was described in the end.

This work describes creation of simulation environment for mobile robot, which is designed to take part in Micromouse competition. Another solved issue is creation of communication interface and its control application, to provide combination between both robot and control program. Simulation is designed to serve as testing environment for development of tracking algoritm, which will guide robot through the defined labyrinth.

It is computer technology which creates main part of simulation, computation and visualization methods which are using in technical application. Plasma is using in many way of industry from technical manufacturing of materials to application in power electronics. Attention is paid to plasma. To description to fourth state of substance and for description to processes in plasma are used mathematic and physic equations. To solve to equations is hard and we need many steps to cover it. It is necessary to use computer technology to work up different method performs to describe electric arc.

This publication deals with a new way of programming the applications for Windows and describes possibilities and advantages of this technology and its visual components. In the theoretic part we will get to know the model Windows Presentation Foundation and it will be made comparison with the older technology WinForms. In the practical part it will be created the library and then the audio-visual presentation which will show the procedure of the creation controls.
