The diploma thesis focuses on a corporate financial plan proposal, and consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with theoretical solutions of financial planning. The practial part contains analyzes showing the current state of the corporation. Further, a financial plan for 2016-2019 year period is compiled. The thesis concludes with an evaluation and examination of compiled financial plans.

This Master´s Thesis contains theory of financial planning aimed at principles and methods of financial planning, long-term and short-term financial plannning and plan control. Practical part contains a long-term financial frame plan of O. K. BAG, s. r. o. company for the period from 2008 to 2010 and a short-term financial plan for year 2008, including plan control of the 1st quarter of year 2008. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for company planning are mentioned.

This thesis named “Financial Planning of a Small Firm” deals with the theory and practice of financial planning. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theoretical base of financial planning has been described. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of the company Vodaservis, s.r.o., a long-term financial plan of the company for the period 2008-2010 and a short-term financial plan for the year 2008, including an inspection of the plan for the first quarter of 2008.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a major financial analysis for the financial period 2006 – 2009 to evaluate the management of the company ADAVAK, s.r.o.. The work is theoreticaly defined and practicaly applied of the horizontal and vertical analysis, differential analysis and financial ratios. Based on the evaluation of the results of financial analysis are identified weaknesses in the management of the company. These issues are solved in the proposal part of the thesis, focusing on appropriate recommendations to improve the current situation of the company management.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Jemnická Stavba, a. s. and subsequent proposals for the improvement of problem areas. The elaborated financial analysis shows the development of the company in 2012-2016. The theoretical part deals with specific indicators and concepts, which are subsequently used in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part contains an evaluation of the internal and external state of the company Jemnická Stavba, a. s. and the subsequent design of the solution. The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate high quality financial analyses showing the reality of the company and to propose appropriate measures for the improvement of the current state.

Solution to financial crisis in the management of construction company

In this work we will deal with financial analysis of construction company and design possible solutions for stabilization. In the theoretical part of this work we will first focus briefly on the basic issues of macroeconomics, microeconomics, economic situation, especially in construction and perceive financial analysis of company. Based on this knowledge we will analyze a specific company and will draw possible solutions enabling us to achieve a profit or at least overcome the crisis period. For financial analysis will be the part of this work used primarily horizontal and vertical analysis ratios and analysis of financial statements.

The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a financial plan of the real company SAKO Brno, a.s. for the following 4 accounting periods. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the general structure of the financial plan and specifies the most commonly used methods of creation. Through theoretical knowledge based on literature review, the second chapter of the thesis deals with practical analysis of the state of the environment, financial situation and future possibilities of the company. The final chapter deals with the creation of the financial plan itself.

This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of Skoda Auto a.s. Its main purpose is to assess the economy of the company within the last five years (2010-2015). The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the financial analysis in general. It shows how this analysis is done and how to evaluate its results. Furthermore, it constitutes the company Skoda Auto a.s. as a whole and assesses the impact of this company on the employment in the Central Region. The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the company and the evaluation of its results. Financial analysis is done according to various analyses: horizontal and vertical analysis, differential indicators analysis, ratio analysis and prediction models of financial distress.

Diploma thesis "Financial analysis of TON, a. s." aims at assessing the financial situation of TON, and. with. through basic methods of financial analysis. Work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, dealing with the description of the financial analysis. It includes basic definitions of terms used and discusses separate methods of financial analysis. The second part deals with the practical elaboration and fulfillment of the stated goal of the work. Business analysis is performed through basic methods of financial analysis as an analysis of absolute, difference and ratios. The financial analysis is compiled within the five-year period 2012-2016 of the reference period. The discussion and the conclusion of the work include the evaluation of the results, which serve to develop handling proposals, procedures to improve the financial management of TON, a.s.
