The bachelor thesis concentrates on the elaboration of the marketing plan for a selected company. The focus is on a building industry of KTV service. The description of the company, analysis of the exterior and interior atmosphere and the economic evaluation is developed in detail. The company has not a marketing plan though it is one of the key factors for successful business. Once the chapters are finalised, the thesis suggests new marketing strategies.

Klusáková, K. Proposal to increase the competitiveness of small wine shop. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This Bachelor thesis suggests a proposal for increasing the competitiveness of a small wine shop in the city of Tišnov. Internal and external environmental analysis was used for the creation of the present work. In addition to determining the actual market situation, a survey and mystery shopping was conducted. The importance of the individual factors was evaluated using the Fuller triangles. Finally, a competitiveness strategy was chosen according to Porter, and the most important proposal was economically expressed.
