The bachelor thesis is a proposal of the business plan for creation of the company Pivovarské lázně Inc. which will provide massages, baths and wraps based on beer raw material. The company Pivovarské lázně Inc. will comprise two parts. The first part will be a beer spa and the second a restaurant and accommodation services. The company will be established based on a decision of two limited companies: the company Opatství Ltd. and company Cloistral brewery (Klášterní pivovar) Ltd. The business plan was designed based on an analysis which is a part of the bachelor thesis.

Enviroment, Organization and Management of Sport Club HC Kometa Brno

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse managment and organisational structure of selected hockey club. My thesis consists of three parts, in the first part I would like to refer to organisational structure and its types in this section of sport. In other part I focused on definition of economical terms and methods which were used in my bachelor thesis. In the practical part I tried to examine the organisational structure and activties of professional apparatus, and economical and sports situation of hockey team HC Kometa Brno. In the third part, based on theoretical knowledge, own analysis and gathered information, I characterise imperfections in managment and I suggest ideas which should lead to optimalization in organization and managment of company.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the transformation of companies, namely the merger of parent and subsidiary companies. The parent company has a joint-stock company legislation and subsidiary companies with limited liability. Subsidiary on the effective date of the merger expires. The work is set out specific terms of the merger, which is further described. Included are all belongings mergers that preceded the merger, how the merger is going and how and when it was passed.

Fundamental Equities Analysis and its Effect on Decision Making in Praxis

The subject of this thesis on fundamental equities analysis, which is considered one of the most commonly used methods for valuing securities, is to make the best investment in the chosen field into the selected equity companies. In the first part of the thesis there is a brief outline of other types of analysis together with other theoretical approaches but the main problem to be solved is the fundamental analysis. The second part is devoted to the selection and characterization of joint-stock companies of the same field and then selecting assessment indicators. The third part deals with the analysis of individual companies using selected methods of intercompany comparison from two different points of view. The final part conveys the comparison of selected methods of intercompany comparisons for both points of view and the proposal of the most suitable investment.

Creating of the Investment Portfolio Based on Fundamental Analysis of Stocks

The subject of this Master´s thesis is creating of the investment portfolio based on fundamental analysis of stocks, which is considered of the most commonly used methods for valuing securities. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes investment approaches of the most successful investors as well. In the practical part, these findings applied to the analysis by Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, Douglas Dynamics, Inc., Gentex Corp. and Union Pacific Corporation. The investment recomendation is proposed in the basis of the comparsion of the results gathered by the analysis.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to do a fundamental analysis of shares of Komerční banka. A part of this master´s thesis is to work out global analysis, sectoral analysis and corporate analysis. Using the most commonly used methods will be determined intrinsic value of shares of Komerční banka. Based on the comparison of the intrinsic value to the market price will be proposed an investment recommendations.

This master thesis deals with possibilities and conditions of entry on challenging market in Russian Federation from the point of view of setting up of company or purchasing of a existing one and also from the point of view of specifications, which are existing only just in Russia. The assignment is geographically defined on Leningrad region with focus on the urban center St. Petersburg and with branch specified on construction industry. On basis of analyzed facts in the field of accounting standards, taxation and law environment this assignment contains the recommendations in which way and with help of which procedures enter the market.
