Minor objective is to teach the choreography to the participants in a way to ensure they can exercise independently. Methods: To reach the objectives of the theoretically-empirical thesis a combination of observation and interviews was used. Results: The most efficient way to teach a choreography to people with visual impairment is the instructional teaching method complimented by tactile and kinetic methods. Title The analysis of dance group lessons offers in fitness centers in Prague. The aim of the work The aim is to analyze and compare offers of group dance lessons in ten selected fitness centers in Prague. Methodology Methods of qualitative and quantitative research were used to meet the goals of this work. Moreover, descriptive, document and comparative analysis were used to compare the frequency of the dance lessons. The results were processed using statistical methods in Microsoft Word. Results Research has proven that the fitness centres repeatedly offer two most common group dance lessons, which include Zumba and aerobics. The topic of the bachelor thesis is vacuum training and its influence on chosen anthropometric parameters and fit parameters with women who are over 40 years old. The main aim is to identify and describe changes to a figure and body form during a ten-week-training. The thesis is split into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts related to healthy lifestyle, a middle period and older adult women and a physical activity in a vacuum condition. The research part deals with characteristics of research data set, used methods for data analysis and their overall results. As the part of the attachment, there is an educational material.

Bachelor thesis with topic Anaerobic exercise and its influence on the health of the woman is focusing on physical fitness changes during a 6-week training cycle. Thesis is devided into two parts: theoretical and research. In theoretical part I define aerobic and anaerobic exercises, their advantages, effects and also disadvantages. There is also description of the meaning of the active life style and selfmeaning of women in sociaty and influance of physical fitness on women's health. In research part I focuse on characteristic research of the problem and complex rating of the reaseach measurement.
