This bachelor thesis analyzes all elements of current motivational program in XY, a.s. company, its biggest competition and also the satisfaction of its employees using a questionnaire survey. Findings of this analysis have become the basis for proposing a number of changes or new solutions in this motivational program. This proposals will lead into decreasing the fluctuation at the active telemarketing operator’s position.

Furtherly this thesis will present new technics for recruiting new agents, quality control and keep human resources in a longterm relationship in the field of telemarketing.
