The design is focused on balancing out assembly operations on assembly lines, on their layouts and on developing workflows as support material for line operators. Methods of work analysis, time study and balancing of operations are used in this thesis.
Work and job creation in a selected organization

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of work and job creation, to suggest possible changes to improve the system in organization. This is a small business with approximately 30 employees, which deals with information technologies. The theoretical part provides general information about work creation, new trends in the area of work creation, the nature of work, work analysis, industry 4.0 and the description of a job. The practical part examines through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews the system of the work and application of smart working. On the basic of this information and the identified shortages in the system of work, solutions are proposed. Solutions are proposed based on the information identified and shortages in the system of work. The company is handed a bachelor's thesis, on the basis of which the created proposals can be used.

Work Analysis and communication audit in the company Schäfer Menk, s.r.o.

The thesis focuses on the analysis of work activities including the communication audit of Schäfer Menk company. The goal is to analyse daily duties of all purchase department staff and also to research internal communication within the company. Such research will be done according to the information flow, the use of all communication channels within the company and also according to the information resources. The methodological apparatus of individual observation and interview were selected as tools for the analysis of all job duties. The ICA questionnaire was selected as an instrument of the communication audit and its more detailed description will be a vital part of the methodological section of the work. All conclusions coming from the job duties analysis will lead into the improvement of job description in company structure and also it can be used for the improvement of internal procedures modifications within the purchase department of the company. The results of the communication audit can also lead into the improvement of the effective communication within the company.
Work Analysis, Description and Specification of Selected Jobs in the Company MAVEL, a.s.

This thesis focuses on analysis of jobs in private company MAVEL a.s. Objective of this thesis is to update current jobs descriptions, which are supplemented by specification, and to create the missing description of the selected jobs. The first part of the work is theoretical base, which is elaborated by the literature and relevant web sources. The practical part discribes the company and basic characteristics of the respondents, who were all workers of studied jobs. Next part is analysis of work, which was carried out by questionnaires. The analysis result is to create jobs descriptions, whose final version is fleshed out by interview with senior staff. Updated descriptions should facilitace the selection procedure to the given positions. At the end of the work are introduced some recommendations which should lead to more effictive HR activities in the investigate company.

The purpose of this dissertation is to review the work of the personnel department at a chosen company. The theoretical-methodological part contains the description of the personnel dep. activity with the regard to the importance for a small company. The analytical part includes the analysis of the current process of the individual personnel activities and the description of the revealed weaknesses. The final part summarize the found facts and contains my recommendations to the member of the personnel department.
