Grapple saw for wheel loader
Roguljić, Adam ; Kubín, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to design and construct a claw collector for a pre-selected wheel loader. The loader was chosen based on the basic parameters of the specified machine (engine power, the useable load of the machine, the hydraulic system pressure and weight of the machine). The collector is used for the unloading or loading of wood material, in this case, the raw wood in the form of logs harvested and stored on a freight truck or vice versa. The load capacity of the claw collector is specified at 4500 kg. For the drawing documentation I used the graphic programs based on the CAD platform. Specifically, the program that I have chosen was AutoCAD from the software company Autodesk. I performed a preliminary calculation of strength and stability control of the machine. In addition I also prepared the complete design documentation in the form of drawings which include the detailed shop drawings of individual parts of the machine.
Hydrostatic drive of multi-purpose loader DAPPER
Vydra, Tomáš ; Merenda, Lukáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of hydrostatic drive for multipurpose loader and tool carrier DAPPER. At the beginning is research of different basic concepts and modern solutions to the problem, aided by a detailed description of competitive machine in the same performance category. Extensive comparison with other producers is included in the annexes to this thesis. Furthermore, a theoretical driving characteristic and its appropriateness is examined further on the basis of two model situations. The calculations of the individual components of the hydraulic circuit precedes drive kinematics analysis of articulated machine frame, on it final conception of hydrostatic drive is chosen. Firstly hydromotors and hydogenerator are chosen on the grounds of calculations then hydraulic hoses, filters and flow divider. Next chapters are aimed to calculations of hydraulic losses and thermal calculation of hydraulic circuit. Final part deals with introduction the final characteristics of drive. The practical parts of the work are assembly drawings with main power components and hydraulic schematic of drive.
Drive systems wheeling mechanisms of mobile working machines
Voburka, Tomáš ; Hloušek, David (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
ABSTRACT This bachelor thesis is describing current conceptual solutions of drive systems wheeling mechanisms of mobile working machines. It compares the different types of torque transmission from combustion engine to wheels in terms of efficiency, type of chassis and way of driving. It also focuses on the anticipated developmental trends of drive system.
Exploitation skid steer loaders possibility.
Blažek, Jaroslav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with posibilities of uses for skid steer loaders. It considers this problem from the viewpoint of the finding of optimal machine. For these purposes the thesis contains well-aranged tables of 101 types of loaders, which are by 15 leading companies manufactured. On the basis of these tables are the categories created. In every category is on the basis of determining criteria choosen the most and the least optimal skid steer loader.
Wheel Loaders for Lifting Capacity from 700 to 2500 kg -Summary Critical Study
Peterka, Jaroslav ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on wheel loaders, it solves their construction and seeks for the best machine. To find the optimal machine the thesis contains tables with parameters of the machines, in which 218 models from 26 manufacturers are mentioned. Loaders are divided into four groups, in which they are compared using variable criteria and finally the selection of the best and worst machine is made.
The engine unit of a loader
Koksa, David ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The work is focused on loading construction machinery and their engine units. The theoretical background research introduces the domain of wheeled loaders. Subsequently, three specific machines, which are available on the market, are selected from a similar model range. They are selected according to the specified technical criteria. Individual power requirements for various modes of operation are calculated according to a suitable algorithm. These power requirements are summed up to obtain the needed total power. Based on the calculated value of the total power the suitable engines from various producers are proposed at the end of this work. This was the goal of the work.
The engine unit of a loader
Vaněk, David ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This paper deals with a design of wheel loader’s engine unit and its performance, as well as the choice of suitable unit itself. Theoretical part describes a standard approach used in designing loaders in the performance and weight class according to the parameters listed and also introduces common designs of loader’s individual parts. It gives the reader an overview of various machines currently available on today’s market and their comparison. The second part of the thesis consists of performance design and calculations based on the comparison of performances needed for various working modes of the machine, where the performance are calculated as a sum of partial performances of differents parts of machines. The result of this paper is a choice of motorized unit that suits all the designed and calculated parameters.
Drive systems wheeling mechanisms of mobile working machines
Koukal, Vít ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor theses is focused on possibilities of wheeling mechanisms of mobile working machines. Part of the theses is dedicated to categorization of transfer torque from combustion engine to wheels with emphasis to efficiency and suitability of all conception for specific use.
Handling equipment for forestry
Martinec, Patrik ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Hloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on a research treatise on a forest fleet. The beginning of the work outlines the historical development of machines in the woodworking industry, it also deals with harvesters and their individual division according to specifications. The work also focuses on important parts of the harvester such as the hydraulic crane and harvester head. In the same spirit of comparison and division, export tractors are developed in the work. The chapter of the last work summarizes wheel loaders and their use in the woodworking industry. At the end of the thesis, the individual goals and outputs of the bachelor's thesis are evaluated.
Koncept údržby kolových nakladačů
JŮZA, Jan
The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of wheel loaders and their service. Wheel loaders are grouped according to their characteristics. There is a basic overview of the loaders' add-on devices and a description of their work activities. The final part is devoted to the maintenance of a particular loader. In this section, the loader is presented, described and gives specific servicing tasks. A financial evaluation is given for the selected servicing operations.
