Modular firefighting superstructure for timber trailer

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a modular firefighting attachment for forwarding trailers. The research part is focused on existing firefighting attachments, structural characteristics of trailers, types of firefighting pumps, structural characteristics of tanks and types of attachment exchanges. The outcome of the thesis is a complete 3D model of the attachment assembly. The thesis includes calculations of profile deflection, strength calculations of connecting components and buckling check of supports. The result of the work is a full drawing of entire attachment assembly.
Disc trencher for mechanical soil preparation before to afforestation

This bachelor thesis deals with the complex design of a disc trencher carried by a tractor, power class up to 110 kW. The initial research presented methods of mechanical soil preparation prior to afforestation, examples of disc cutters available on the market and the machine design concept. In the next section, a complete CAD model of the entire disc trencher was presented, followed by a more detailed design of the individual components. The work also includes calculations to determine the power required to drive the machine and the choice of drive type for the disc wheels themselves. Strength calculations and subsequent checks were performed on the selected components. The result of this work is a complete assembly of the disc trencher and its drawing documentation.
Scarificator for mechanical soil preparation

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a mounted disc scarificator connected in the frontal three-point hitch of a universal agricultural tractor with the performance class up to 160 kW. The scarificator working parts are the disc trencher and the ripper knife. The introductory part includes a research analysis which concerns with reforestation and the mechanization used for it. The next part focuses on the conceptual design of the scarificator, the necessary power calculation for the disc trencher drive and the determination of the drive type. In the final part, the thesis focuses on the stress analysis of the machine frame. The work also includes drawing documentation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a three-sided folding tractor trailer. The introductory part is devoted to the research of legislative regulations for the operation of the semi-trailer on roads, followed by the procedure for approval for operation on roads. Furthermore, a search of tractor-trailers of similar weight category available on the domestic market. The design part is devoted to the choice of a suitable technical solution, including functional, dimensional and force calculations of the proposed solutions. The appendix contains complete drawing documentation.
Chisel plough for a deep soil cultivation

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a chisel plough. The introduction of this thesis consists of short research on the topic of soil cultivation. This is followed by a short research of similar chisel ploughs and tractors for their aggregation. In the next part, the individual basic structural components of the chisel plough are described. This is followed by a conceptual design of the structure, which is supported by analytical and dimensional calculations. The chisel plough is designed with a three-point hitch of category 2N/2 and 3N/3. Strength control calculations are performed according to the standard. The thesis contains pictures of the 3D model and drawing documentation.
Reversible mounted plough

This diploma thesis deals with the conceptual design of a reversible mounted plough. The plough is designed for aggregation with tractors with a three-point hitch category 2N/2. A search was made for similar devices corresponding to the performance range and other construction solutions of ploughs for ploughing agricultural land. The concept is designed and based on analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties. Strength calculations are made according to the standard. The critical points of the equipment are checked by the finite element method. The thesis includes a kinematic diagram of setting up the device, pictures of 3D models of plough and drawing documentation.

This master thesis deals with the issue of connectivity of motor and non-motor vehi-cles with a deeper focus on the tractor, and the connectivity of non-motor vehicles using a fixed drawbar. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the design of a height adjustable drawbar of a sprayer using 3D design software. Using analytical calculations, the total force effects on the sprayer frame are determined and then the connecting elements are checked. The overall strength is checked using FEA analy-sis in Ansys Student 2024 software.

This thesis is focused on monitoring the parameters of a diesel combustion engine with different settings of the fuel system. In the introductory part of the work, the basic principle of work and a description of individual parts of fuel systems with an in-line injection pump are presented. The next part of the work describes the changes made in the fuel system settings, monitored engine parameters, and also presents the vehicles that were used during the measurements. In the last part of the work, the measured values are presented and evaluated.

Computational Modeling of Dynamic Behaviour of Tractor

This work deals with the assessment of the effects of a rear-mounted mower on tractor dynamics. The first part summarizes knowledge of the used tractor suspension variants and their various modifications. Furthermore, the current possibilities for simulating the dynamics of tractors and the construction of the rear three-point hitch are described. The main part of the work is devoted to the assembly of the multibody model of the tractor with the rear-mounted mower. The correctness of the assembly of the virtual tractor prototype is verified by comparison with the technical experiment on the real tractor. The validated model is further used to analyse various well-defined steady-state and transient driving conditions typical of this set.
