Analysis of the legitimacy of use of solar trackers for photovoltaic systems in a given area
Hořava, Pavel ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the Analysis of justifiability of use of solar trackers for photovoltaic systems in given locality. The principle of the photovoltaic transformation, kinds of photovoltaic panels, legislation and a suitability of the Czech republic for photovoltaic systems are roughly characterized in the first part. The second part is about the systems of tracking the photovoltaic panel to the sun and the stationary placement photovoltaic panel. The possibilities of increasing of power of photovoltaic panel and the factors, which influent the power of photovoltaic panel, are detailly described in the third part. The photovoltaic system in given lokality is designed in the fourth part. The experiments are designed, realised and evaluated in the next parts. The experiments are focused on practical verification of the power of stationary placed panel during the day and the year. The last part of this bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of justifiability of use of solar trackers for photovoltaic systems in given locality from many points of view.
Torrent Peer Monitoring
Bezděk, David ; Pluskal, Jan (referee) ; Polčák, Libor (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with analysis and implementation of methods for BitTorrent monitoring focusing on the Mainline DHT protocol. The aim of the thesis was to create a system, that will be looking for BitTorrent peers that participe in the illegal file distribution. Another task of the system was to collect and analyze data for counting size of the BitTorrent network. That was achieved by taking over of existing method. The system was designed and implemented as a module for monitoring of cybernetic crime. It also defines an interface for storing and sharing data, that provides data evaluation, easy data manipulation and serves for possible future extensions.
Trackers for stratospheric baloons under the law of Czech Republic
Vejchoda, Ondřej ; Appel, Martin (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to find the best solution for tracking meteorological balloon and legislative requirements required to fly this balloon in Czech republic. The first chapter describes different technologies of tracking devices. The second chapter deals with the legislative requirements. The final chapter deals with selecting of the best tracker for our balloon.
Solar Concentrator System with Automatic Tracking System
Žák, Martin ; Sumec, Stanislav (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on current possibilities of solar energy utilization – especially on concentrating solar power systems – and their optimization using solar tracking systems to maximize energy gain. The thesis also deals with solar position algorithm and offers an Arduino based automatic dual axis solar tracker design which provides various solar devices the ability to pivot using stepper motors, DC motors or servos. The motion might be driven by calculated solar position or by actual illuminance.
Design of the experimental PV tracker
Černý, Martin ; Baxant, Petr (referee) ; Morávek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design, show plans and build two devices for positioning the solar panel. The output of the work is a technical documentation with a list and procedure of assembly. The thesis also includes economic cost evaluation.
Photovoltaic Battery Charger with Sun Tracking
Knob, Martin ; Kufa, Jan
This paper describes the design of a photovoltaicbattery charger. The charger can track the sun and tilt the panelin azimuth and elevation. The device includes an Maximum PowerPoint Tracking (MPPT) regulator to maximise the energy from thephotovoltaic panel. This photovoltaic charger is designed for Liionbatteries and is equipped with appropriate battery protection. The system is battery-powered and therefore energy selfsufficient.Another purpose of the device is to measure accuratedata for further processing. It will measure the energyconsumption required for its operation and the energy producedby the photovoltaic panel. The device communicates wirelessly viaWi-Fi and sends the measured data to the Thingspeak server.
Photovoltaic battery charger with sun tracking
Knob, Martin ; Frýza, Tomáš (referee) ; Kufa, Jan (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of photovoltaic battery charger. The charger can tracking the Sun and tilt the panel in azimuth and elevation. The device includes an MPPT regulator to optimise the energy produced by the photovoltaic cell from the Sun. This photovoltaic charger is designed to charge Li-Ion batteries and includes appropriate charging and protection circuits. The charger is energy self-sufficient, which means that it does not need an additional power source. Another purpose of this device is to measure electrical quantities. The device sends the measured data wirelessly via Wifi.

Video analysis of physical processes in teaching
JOVANOVIČ, Filip
The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part describes methods of implementation of physical experiments, also there is discussion about curriculum that was used in the created experiments, at the end of this part there is also several experiments that are made to inspire teachers and to show them video analysis options. The practical part contains a set of differentiated tasks and worksheets. In this work there is also few worksheets that were filled by students.
